Clean

Tried to charge me30.00 dollars to check in at 2:00. Never had them ask for that before
-
The entire room was damp and the floor was wet.
-
OK but the tub was dirty and the TV wasn't working properly
-
The rooms were much nicer than some of the other hotels i have stayed at in the past in the area I just don't like that the house keeper comes in your room when you aren't there that needs to change
-
Although the rooms look like they’ve been updated, they appeared to have forgot the bathroom! The bathtub wouldn’t drain, had like dark paint stains in it with paint and they tried to remove it, and the shower curtain rod was all rusted.
-
The beds were comfortable The door frame was cracked. Kinda looked like it had been kicked in before. I did not like the location. Wouldn’t stay more than one night.

Nice rooms
-
They updated the room I was in slightly….the shower head is almost cheapest upgrade you and do and one in room was horrible and needs replacing….. con… yet close to highway the highway noise is definitely heard throughout the night badly

The room was clean. Staff was welcoming and excellent service. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was ok. When I went into my room the AC was set on 62. The floors were tiled and had sweated from the cold room and humidity. It was very cold in the room. When I went into the bathroom, I slipped because the floors were all wet. Just not safe.

My stay was very nice, staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were nice as well. I would stay in it again when I visit.

Cons, scary neighborhood, while the room was clean they need to replace furniture, microwave and some fixtures. I only stayed here because of my dog, I won't make that mistake again.
-
Price. Next to the Old Sawmill restaurant. Door to bathroom would not close completely . Bulb was out in one of the lamps.
-
Clean room, friendly staff.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pet-friendly.

The young man working the desk for my check in late night, was very polite and very nice.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and the room itself was pretty clean. It is right off the highway which was convenient. There was a strange guest who apparently has been living in the hotel for almost a year according to the receptionist who physically tried to block me from going up the stairs to my room and then chased me up the stairs to my room and then banged on my window a few times. It was very scary and I would not recommend this hotel to solo female travelers. I was too scared to leave the room again for a few hours. I woke up early and left before breakfast to avoid interacting with that guest again. The room was also $150 for one night which was insanely high for the state of the building. I didn't realize it would have outward facing doors which was my mistake for not doing more research. The location is quite sketchy behind a gas station. There are overflowing trashcans outside all the rooms which made the whole thing worse. Overall it's fine for a quick stop on a long drive but would not recommend to any solo female travelers.
