The location is perfect if you want to go to an Everglades AirBoat Tour (like we did). Literally 15 min drive and you're there. Beds were comfy. Room was big. The hotel has Nursing Home vibes, smells old and "dusty" and is plain and simple "forgettable". We checked in late and we were assigned a room with two double beds. When we entered the room we almost could not breath due to sweat-like smell. Body odor permeating everything and not fresh air at all. To top it off, the AC was very noisy. We requested another room immediately and they agreed to change it. It didn't have the BO scents, but it smelled old and not refreshed. I don't think they open the windows ever. Bathroom antique and outdated. Breakfast was very weird, you had to order at the counter and they gave you prepackaged stuff, no self-serve buffet style breakfast. Asked for an omelette and they prepared it though.

Room was clean. Overall good experience EXCEPT the $10 parking fee. Be wary of that when booking. I think there are better alternatives for price.
