The room was dark with limited natural light. A/C was loud and did not keep a constant temperature. Mildew in caulking around shower.

This Residence in was five minutes away from the Cleveland Clinic. They run shuttles to and from the clinic, the grocery store and the mall. This was the nicest one I’ve stayed at. Staff is very accommodating. The room was very spacious and room cleaning was done daily. They offer room service but we did not try it since we had a kitchenette and prepped our meals. Breakfast was served every morning from 6:30. There is a coin operated laundry on site that has three washers and six dryers. I will be staying here again.

Be more honest of the quality and amenities. I only stayed due to close to Cleveland clinic. Will not ever stay there again,

Clean and close to the hospital Air conditioning didn’t work properly

There was a smell outside of the hotel (urine). The bed and pillows were was just okay. TV had a bit of static. We had the a/c down but it didn’t cool well. The layout of the hotel was strange. Like a maze. Staff was friendly and location was good.
