Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort by IHG

I've been coming to this hotel, for years the location is perfect. 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel has 2 pools and the best rooftop pool with the best views of the city. They also allow dogs 🐕 which is the best part. And theres a gate on both sides to get out to walk the dog. My stay here at the kimpton hotel has been amazing! They even allow a later check out for an extra fee. Geno the front desk attendant and the other lady I forgot her name, was very welcoming and accommodating to me and Jojo our dog. I can't wait until next year to return again for the best vacation.

The rooftop pool was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Overall, we had a very nice experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

Awesome couples getaway. Staff was very nice and helpful, and hotel was clean. A great area too with restaurants nearby and easy access to beach. Would recommend!

The shore break Kimpton get a 10 out of 10 for boutique hotels in Fort Lauderdale. It’s a short walk from the beach. The staff were all accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and so cold. I had to turn the AC off at night. The TVs aren’t smart TV so you won’t have Netflix or any streaming they have Chromecast but it doesn’t connect but they do have a speaker that is Bluetooth and sound is amazing.The rooftop bar view amazing and they have a free cocktail hour where can get yourself a glass or two of wine and socialize.I would definitely recommend anyone coming to Fort Lauderdale to stay at this hotel get two bottles of water daily replenished, you have a yoga mat in your room I didn’t take advantage of the bikes, but I will next visit. The fitness center is small, but it’s very effective with up-to-date equipment and bottle water in the refrigerator after your workout.The beach chairs that you get for free do not have an umbrella so you would have to pay separately cash $30 card 32.50. If you do the hop on and hop off, water taxi there’s a stop That’s very close to the hotel within two blocks and the pass is all day until 10 and it's $35 so definitely I would recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to my next vacation

Everyone from the time I checked in until it was time to leave were amazing and helpful. The beach is three blocks away and I watch the sunrise many mornings. There’s a lot of things within walking distance. The water taxi is great. It’s $70 but you can hop on and hop off stops which will allow you to explore Fort Lauderdale Hollywood different eateries different bars different places so it’s amazing. The fitness center is cute the sitting areas at the hotel, acute there’s a cocktail hour where they give you free glasses of wine. It’s called the social hour. It’s amazing the rooftop bar. It’s really cute views. Your resort fee includes bottles of water daily use of the bicycles if you choose to cycle the Wi-Fi the fitness center the beach chairs however you would have to pay if you want the umbrellas cash $30 card 3250. The air conditioning in my room. I had to turn it off because the room was so cold, but that’s a good thing in Fort Lauderdale because he can’t get hot but overall the short break Kimpton is a very special little gym in Fort Lauderdale and I would advise anyone to stay there. I’m looking forward to my next vacation and I will be staying here again.

Amazing pool views and amazing staff!

We love this hotel! It gives you old Florida art deco vibes. Beautiful sitting areas and interior courtyards. The room is large and well laid out and decorated. Love the shower. Bed is very comfortable. It's walkable to many things. Beach is just a few blocks away along with restaurants. However, the rooftop bar/pool and the restaurant next to the pool downstairs is amazing! The food was really good. Make sure and order the Italian mojito. So refreshing! We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and both meals were delicious. Service was fantastic! That was our second time staying there and we will be back!
