-FYI for my Africa American Queens...the shower head is on the ceiling. -The entry door to our room stuck, so we had to pull it hard to close. -On the first night, there were several young adults that hung out by the pool late at night and made a lot of noise. My room was on the first floor, so I couldn't sleep. -The wifi is very slow -The room was clean for the most part, but I had to kill 3 spiders in the bathroom. Obviously, there was a nest somewhere in there.

Room was excellent and spacious. I would highly recommend.

Clean room, very space

Bed is very comfortable, nice to have a larger fridge and microwave. Table and chairs to dine. Pool is deep , great loungers ,bbq available as well as chairs and beach umbrella. Downsides and this is unusual for this cute boutique. only two pillows to sleep on ( plenty of large decorator pillows) No extra blanket either. Need more than just two towels A few critters this time( usually very clean) Microwave had several baby critters. We love this place and will definitely come back

Arrived early because we just left a cruise ship. We had 2 rooms reserved. There was no staff at all on the property. Had to call a number from a sign on the wall and spoke to a person that would not let us stay there. Rooms were ready, but for some reason we were not allowed to enter them. Had to wait for another 3 hours before we could gain access to our rooms. Speaking to other guests, (1 family) they were the only residents there for the previous three days. Never saw any staff for the entire stay. Room was clean and the room amenities were very acceptable. The only problem was the TV was difficult to navigate and the TV in 1 of the rooms wouldn't turn on at all. Called the same number on the sign. No answer this time. Left a message for someone to call for assistance on getting that TV turned on. No return call at all. The other guests in my group had no TV the entire stay. Later that evening a couple arrived with a 1st floor room reserved due to the one guest needing a scooter for mobility. Still no staff. They called the number on the sign and where told there where no 1st floor rooms. But indeed there was at least 3 rooms on the 1st floor that we saw with no guests in them. Myself and another man helped to carry this man's scooter and a couple of pieces of luggage up a flight of steps to the second floor. So, if you don't mind being thought of as less than important after spending your money for a room or two, then by all means stay here. Otherwise, I'd pass it by

Has potential, but definitely needs improvement. Check-in instructions not rec'd 24-48 hrs as indicated on booking. Had to message them. No instructions if parking area full (VERY limited) - you have to pay if you park on the street. Air conditioner old & rattled so loud we couldn't sleep (room 101). Moved to 106 (mini split, much quieter). Both rooms had multiple lightbulbs burned out. Wifi was spotty at best. The rooms were clean, and had a fridge, some dishes & coffee maker. The rain showerheads are old & not working properly. Note: office is rarely open. You have to call if you need something. But when you do, the individual always sounded angry. As if you were disturbing her. Pool area had weeds growing between all the pavers. Disappointing stay for the price. Didn't like the fact that most of the time there is NO staff on the property at all.

The staff was friendly. Near beach/restaurants.

It was nice and clean

Beautiful old Florida property, Nice pool and very close the ocean where we were viewing the fireworks for the 4th of July, not many stores for purchasing extras like sodas however we were able to get them in the restaurants. Loved our stay and Happy 250th Birthday America.

Great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location!

Fantastic. Thank you for everything.
-
Great central hotel/motel, close to all amenities and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach or public transport. The outside garden and pool area could be kept a bit better but the rooms were grand with the best aircon. Thanks for having us - we even met the gardens racoon and lizzy lizard and her family!

This place is acceptable if you are ok with a early mid-century, somewhat refurbished 2-story roadside motel kind of place that isn't kept up very well. I know, you get what you pay for. The check-in was very difficult, with a person, reachable only by phone (there is no-one at the property) that did not want to be helpful. One of those "call Expedia, they will give you check in code". After several attempts with Mr Unhelpful, when Expedia still did NOT have any code, they had to get involved with the property just to get us checked in, after a notable delay. Just be ready for thin walls, loud in-room A/C (sort of, it won't really get cool), a bug or two in the room, grounds that haven't been mowed, trimmed in a while, and if you look around a bit, you'll find non-grounded 2-prong outlets, fuses in the box (not breakers, fuses), dirty floors, and multiple other unkept ailments. If you get what you pay for, I hope you don't pay a lot.

Pequeño hotel, muy sencillo, fácil acceso, parqueo incluido, cerca de la playa, fácil chek in and out,

Great location, can walk to the beach in under five minutes. Frustrating that the staff is never around. We were there for five days and only saw the receptionist once. The outlets in the room kept tripping.

My fiancé and I love this place for our one year anniversary. The staff was very friendly. The room was fantastic. Everything from start to finish was perfect. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
