Everything was excellent! The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the beach was right in front. Everything was easily accessible and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The room was amazing, clean and very comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the bathroom with the walk in shower. The pool area was lovely and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Also, what ever scent they use in the lobby is intoxicating! I am on a quest to find it for my home! I would definitely come back. Please, please, please work on the elevator situation. Waiting 15-20 minutes for an elevator is very inconvenient when your room is on the upper floors.

This was probably one of the best Hotels I’ve stayed ,Thank you for all of the great service even the Valet guy that faves us some good recommendations to eat that was amazing ,,Thank you we will be back from Michigan

Didn’t have hot water for the majority of my showers. Unacceptable. The gym was subpar compared to other Marriott/W hotels. Expected much better overall. Won’t stay here again.

The elevator were a problem our entire trip, especially on the weekend when Tower1 was only running one elevator. We waited up to 15 minutes every time we used the elevator on Saturday.
