Great location and clean, and I loved the restaurants and bars being right there Pool was under construction wish that was announced beforehand

Nice room but I didn't realize ocean view is not the same as ocean front. The price to valet park with no other options for parking besides the street. The price is way too high for parking and what you are already paying for the room. Should be discount for longer stays.

Ideal location on the beach front. Had to complain 4 times about USB points not working, still didn’t get repaired in the days we were there.

The location of the property I didn’t like I was charged $63.00 a night for valet parking.. you have to pay a $500 dollar incidental fee.. you have to pay to sit at the pool.. when I checked out they took 269.00 out of my 500 for parking and resort fee which was $62.00 dollars at night.. after me telling them I wanted to pay for parking out of my pockets.. I stayed at the hotel 5/6-5/8 and paid a total of $1308… I feel like I could’ve took a trip out of the country for that amount.. also the hotel is ok but it definitely needs to be upgraded.. you can tell their just continuously slapping a bunch of coats of paint to make it look new.. I enjoyed the area but not the hotel…

It was close to all the dining options and in nice area, beach was okay a lot of sea weed The rooms were very small for the price and another couple that traveled with us had cockroaches in their room which was even smaller than our room. I wouldn't recommend there are better places. W has lost its applea especially after letting them know the situation with the cockroach they didn't even react. The bathrooms by the pool were horrible the doors didn't shut and also in the lobby by the restaurant

The location to the beach is excellent. There are inadequte number of elevators for this property. The price of this resort is overpriced.

I will also note the staff at the front desk and cleaning staff, were very helpful and kind. The staff at the pool (residential side, main pool was closed) were friendly and fantastic too. Bartenders and cuisine at Steak 954 were amazing! Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. The main pool was closed when I arrived. It apparently had been closed for a while before I got there. I chose this hotel because it had an ocean view pool. I normally stay at the Kimpton, but I decided to spend more money this time for this amenity. I had both hotels booked, but chose the W at the deadline to cancel one of the hotels, to try something different. Very disappointing and pretty deceptive on their part to not inform their guests. A lot of people were pretty mad about. It also created a very overcrowded pool on the other side of the hotel. They gave ZERO accommodations and basically blew me off when I politely complained. I will never stay there again. I went to El Vez twice. The bartender was really rude and was short with me when I asked questions about the menu. Ignorant. The people sitting next to me (who I didn't know) noticed and said something too.

The location of the property is great Our door never locked unless deadbolts from the inside, dryer wouldn’t work, bathroom had no main door only one for toilet area. Beer bottles and cups and trash on balcony when we arrived. Fees added at the end of stay were outrageous.

The location is amazing- the common areas are really pretty. The hotel is spacious , welcome drink is a nice touch. Some exterior areas and the guest rooms could use updating. I think painting and updating the exterior and rooms would make it more high end.

Rooms View For the 2nd time December 2025 and March 2026 both my stays were ruined due to there main attraction pool being closed And NEVER made aware upon booking or when checking in at desk Shameful and very unprofessional

The cleaning wasn't good at all. the lady didn't even clean the counters and there was lots of dust. the food was horrendous. I ordered room service three times and each time I got sick. I then went downstsair to the mexican place and got sick again.

Location The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed. Would have booked a different hotel if we knew in advance. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly.

It was next to the beach. I loved the view The ice machine wasn't working. There was hair in the bathroom. The microwave was not clean. I had to call multiple times to get my room cleaned they gave me the wrong room

The room was wonderful spacious and clean. I was amazed at how friendly all the staff were through out the hotel.

Great location! Shops and restaurants within walking distance. They tack on a lot of extra fees per day so be prepared for that.

Nothing Dirty / extra charges that were not told at check in
