room was clean spacious and updated! balconies were lovely! didnt like the valet parking 63 a day fee or the 62 dollar a day resort fee

La habiatacion es amplia está hermosa me tocó vista frente a el mar solo que en el baño de el cuarto principal se tiraba mucha agua y tenía goteras un poco caro pero el hotel está muy bonito y el desayuno no es bufet eso se cobra aparte y los balcones son un poco pequeños pero espacio suficiente para sentarse a disfrutar de la vista

House keeping never came to clean the room. I was there Friday to Monday. The poll area is a scam. They charge you for chais, where they are located, the staff is asking you to move you to better side for cash. I won’t be going there ever again.

The friendly staff here is the stand out element. Location is great and the beach is well managed. Room cleaning was completely substandard. We didn’t the learn the pool was being closed down for repairs until AFTER we booked and we didn’t know the ground floor was under renovation. We didn’t appreciate 830am construction noise Monday. This is a very kid friendly hotel. It’s a bit overwhelming for folks with no kids actually.

The hotel is in a nice location, right in front of the beach. The rooms were comfortable but we had an issue with a sound coming off from the bathroom and were moved to another room. I didn’t like that I book an ocean view room and when we arrived they gave us a partial ocean view room. And for breakfast, it’s not a free breakfast for two it’s a credit for 50 dollars at the hotel’s restaurant. I didn’t like the misleading information when booking. So be aware of that, the hotel is nice and has a very good restaurant.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was wonderful. Lots of great locals helping with food recommendations.

This was an ok stay. Pool was relaxing, took about 30 min to find a waiter though, and I only saw her twice in the 4 hours we were there, just ended up ordering from the bar. Same exact situation with the rooftop bar. I would never stay here again though just because of the elevators alone. Good luck during check in or check out time, waited 30 min for an elevator almost missed our uber and got to the airport late bc of the wait for an elevator. Had to factor in at least 10-15 min daily just to factor in getting out of the hotel trying to get in an elevator.

i paid like 100 and somthing dollars per traveler for breakfast and i only got a $50 comp when i got there

Before arrival, I informed the hotel we were celebrating our wedding and requested the highest floor possible. Although my request was acknowledged, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor that didn’t match the photos online. We returned to the front desk, and the agent kindly moved us to a room on the 8th floor that actually reflected what was advertised. After mentioning we had just gotten married, she offered us a complimentary bottle of sangria, which we appreciated. However, that was the only acknowledgment of our celebration despite notifying the hotel in advance. The biggest disappointment was the service. We requested an ice bucket twice, and both times it took 45–60 minutes and several follow-up calls. At the pool, we waited 30–40 minutes for someone to take our order, so my husband went to the bar himself. No one checked on us afterward, and our first frozen drinks were so watered down they had to be remade. The staff was polite, but the service never matched the standards of a luxury hotel. Nearly every request required multiple follow-ups. A beautiful property alone doesn’t create a five-star experience—exceptional service does. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t deliver. We left disappointed, especially considering this was such an important celebration

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive during our stay. When our flight was delayed they accommodated us by extending our checkout time.

Our stay was perfect. We really enjoyed our rooms. The rooftop pool is very nice and the private beach area was very comfortable and convenient

I traveled with my son and lady, they changed me $50 a day (labeled as 3+ adults fees) plus resort fee. Again, loved the place. But those extra fee were terrible
