Clean room and beautiful view

I had an excellent day at the hotel. It was my first time there, but it was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and overall the hotel was very nice. It is a family hotel however, you don’t really hear a lot of noise in a comfortable area easy access to the beach and restaurants & shops. Our sweet room was huge very spacious. I would’ve preferred to have two queen beds rather than a sofa bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable however, overall the room was very nice and well maintained by the housekeeping staff the balcony was very big on both sides I would definitely stay here again if I were in Fort Lauderdale again.

Amazing hotel with a great location

We only stayed at Beach House Fort Lauderdale for three days, but we had a great experience! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location right by the beach. We also really enjoyed the restaurants at the hotel - the food was delicious and there were plenty of options.

Staff and to

Some of the services and amenities were seriously lacking, elevators took forever and were always packed. We waited, 10-15 minutes routinely as elevators were too crowded. We were guaranteed 2 chairs and an umbrella daily at the beach, yet we waited an hour both days at the beach. The lobby bar closed at 10pm on weekdays, we arrived at 9:40 and were told last call had been given only beer or wine was available. Every seat was taken at the bar, someone could have made a decision to accommodate the patrons that were enjoying the bar. Experience was still good but definitely room for improvement. Pool server Mike was outstanding, rest of staff was not memorable.

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row for a family vacation. The property itself is very clean and in a great location. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very clean and the view from the pool of the beach is just stunning. The beach is right across the street. The only complaint I have is that the pool water is very warm for July and August. It wasn't very refreshing, but the hotel itself is truly a great place. I am already looking to book our 2027 vacation here. I honestly have nothing negative I can think of. When you log in they text you and anything you need is literally a text away. Love Love Love this property!!!!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was perfect right on the beach provided with chairs, towel and umbrella. Very chill vibe at a the pool as well.

We stayed in the two level suite above the restaurant, right next to the beach road. It was a beautiful suite with three balconies. The view was amazing and beach access was very easy, with plenty of available umbrellas, chairs, and towels. There was plenty of room for our family of six! The only complaint I have is the the floor wasn’t cleaned very well. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we will definitely come back! The staff was very friendly and everyone was so helpful!

There was hair on the floor in the ducks' area.

Great stay at the beach house. staff are wonderful and so helpful. One of the most attentive hotels i ever stayed at. Every single staff member was so kind. Clean hotel. Close to all. Would come back!

We arrived and explained we needed the bed set up in the living room- told us to call. Also, advised us they would not give us any kitchen utensils unless we called. 6pm we called to get the bed set up for my son, no one showed, called agained at 7,8,9,10pm. Got the blankets at 10pm. No pillows, just a sheet. Pull out was awful. We had also called down for utensils. Those never arrives that night, nor the next day when we went down to complain we had no means to eat our food the night prior. Terrible service for how much I paid. We didn't get the complimentary water that showed we would get. The code for WiFi didn't work. Got nothing about the amenities or property. We travel a lot, we would never stay there again.

Great place to stay. You don't even need to pack anything with you as far as tooth paste or sun screen. Everything is there .

Absolutely lovely. Felt luxury and relaxation. Staff was great.

The pool was tropical and gorgeous, the beach was right across the street, and the Starbucks downstairs made mornings perfect. We loved the complimentary bikes, parasailing was super easy to get to, and the staff went above and beyond with a sweet birthday surprise. The poolside food was a hit, the beachside drinks were incredible, and Allison was an absolute gem. Between the service, the décor, and the overall vibe, this hotel made our trip truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
