Beautiful property, truly amazing lobby staff!! every single person was extremely helpful and friendly. Elvira in the restaurant outside the pool was so sweet and an excellent server. I loved everything about this hotel.

Amazing views. We had the corner ocean view room which is huge but a bit worn down. But those views are the best distraction :)

We've stayed there twice and this is the only place we will ever stay when we visit. It's all around amazing!!!

The services were ok. I had scheduled a chef experience 3 weeks before my arrival; they dropped the ball on it and didn't make up for it. When they have a private event, they will shut off services for the other guests. I saw a roach crawling at the bar and in my room. When I went to talk to the manager on duty, they said she was busy, and she called me. I never received that call. They do not have a shuttle to get you from the airport. They do not honor their guest like they say they do.

We had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for our room to be done. On the last full day we had to go down and ask twice… and enough time passed where we gave up and started getting ready for the evening. Then someone comes and we tell them to give us 5 minutes to get out of the room (someone was showering). We get out and leave for an hour and the cart is in the hallway. We return, cart is gone, and room isn’t done. They eventually come back when someone else is showering… we tell them we are good at that point as we need to get to dinner. Expected that part to be much better considering the daily resort fee.

I like the clean room in Beachview. Did not like there was no airport shuttle
