Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort

I did not like that the first night when we checked in they did not have the kind of room we booked available and they gave us a different kind of room.

The staff were great. The Valet staff, the front desk staff and the staff around the property were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with a great view and nice size jacuzzi tub.

Hilton at Naples has this option and it was wonderful. Other than that the place was amazing, great location and staff very helpful and nice. Luigi our bellman was super nice. Please go to Nube and try the Nube cocktail, 10 out of 10! I will definitely come back!!!

Great place to stay - you will NOT be disappointed- and the ride circuit app is a free app like an Uber that will take you wherever you need to go around town. You just tip the drivers. It’s excellent so if you’re in the area, don’t forget to download the RIDE circuit app and make use of it!!

Staff was awesome and I earned an upgraded room with a balcony without asking for an upgrade. Will definitely stay there again in 3 months.

Our room was large and had a great view of the ocean. We celebrated my wife and my birthday and they accommodated nice decor.

Amazing experience!

The view, the gym, the rooftop bar! The used cigarettes in the hallway, broken lamp which was the main light, tub was very slippery, no iron . Just seems like the room was not checked before we enter.

I didn’t understand how the rooms only have ONE mirror and it’s in the bathroom lol Pillows were not good at all, tv’s turned off every couple minutes on there own (both) and kitchen had no utensils. You’re pretty much paying for the views. But i would stay there again, over all 4.5 out of 5 stars

They really try to get you with those extra fees and they were really quick to judge me and my partner in the car we brought in. Comments like “you do know parking is $60?” Mind you I’ve been here every year for three years now. Don’t really appreciate being looked down that way so personally I don’t plan on coming back. I’ve been to other hotels with less stars and had better customer service so I’ll take my good ole earned money elsewhere. Also on my birthday thanks Hilton for your service (not really)

Loved the place! Very clean abd the service was great. Beautiful views and location was amazing.

We had a great 1 week stay here in early August. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room was great and the view was incredible. The front desk was very responsive and helpful when making requests or when we had concerns. The beach and pool area were both great. There are always fresh towels and lounge chairs available. The vibe was lively and family friendly. They even have beach toys available for the kids to borrow. The staff all across the hotel were very kind and friendly. They could use a few more umbrellas by the pool, but that’s a small detail. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book this hotel again in the future.
