Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service all around. All meals were top notch even at the grab and go market. Only complaint is lack of outlets: nothing in or around the night stand and only one at the desk which was on a lamp which tipped over if anything was plugged into it because of plug position. Overall though, exceptional place and would highly recommend.

It’s a nice, very centrally located hotel with very friendly staff, though the parking is a bit expensive for guests.

What I did not like: additional charges that we were not notified about. It’s not great to wake up to an additional $200 charges seemingly out the blue. Another thing I didn’t like was the cost of parking. I understand it’s Florida and parking is expensive but $66 per night without the option to self park is highway robbery. The housekeeping could be better as well. We stayed four nights and housekeeping only came once during the entire stay.

Nice place

I was looking forward to a weekend away. When we arrived and received our room, I was disappointed it wasnt updated like the pictures made it seem. The bath tub in the room was peeling on the bottom. The vents were leaking and dripping all over the floor. And the room was full of dog hair - all over the floor and couch. We said something and they changed our room. That was really nice of them. Unfortunately, the dander was in that room too. My boyfriend had a horrible allergy attack for the rest of the time there. We travel a lot in pet friendly hotels and have never had an issue.

Excellent for a solo trip

Poor housekeeping cleaning. Poor quality and discolored towels. Walls were dirty.

I celebrated my birthday weekend here and walked away with memories I will never forget. The moment we entered the restaurant, Chef Nicole greeted us with genuine warmth that set the tone for the entire stay. Her team — Angela, Petrone, and Ilios — matched that energy completely. Friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. Then the entire restaurant staff walked out with a birthday dessert, singing happy birthday. I was breathless. Angela captured every moment in photos and arranged a complimentary poolside cabana for the next day — completely unprompted. That evening, Sasha and Heather sent a special birthday treat to our suite. Personal, thoughtful, and completely unexpected. Our poolside host Louis was hilarious and attentive — serving us with great energy all weekend long. The location is perfect — directly across from the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The rooftop restaurant is a must with amazing drinks and incredible vibes. On our last day, Chef Nicole and Angela surprised me with a framed photo collage of the entire birthday celebration. I was moved to tears. The online reviews do not hold a candle to what this resort actually delivers. This was the best birthday of my life. Full stop.
