Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

Property. But fantastic food and amenities

Exceptional

Our initial suite neither had appropriate hot water nor adequate cooling when we checked in late. The staff offered us to transfer us that evening. We are unable because my wife was working but we arranged for the next morning . The hotel gave a credit to us for that evening and moved us the next morning at our request. The pool staff Gary and Andrianne were amazing. We were very pleased with the service and the recovery.

Great spot to stay next to the beach in Fort Lauderdale. The property was fantastic and close to everything.

Our stay at The Conrad was wonderful. Everything was perfect. Due to work we only had a one-night stay, but we definitely plan to return for longer. The cleanliness, staff recommendations and service, view, and everything about our junior suite were amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

It was so comfortable planning to stay again in the future

Great property.

Very nice room, restaurants at the property were great. Super polite and helpful staff.

My stay in the hotel was nice, no problems , nice reception and staff, but I was extremely disappointed and upset , when I picked up up my car from your valet parking I stayed only one night, but when I received my car, my whole dashboard was completely screwed up including AC, navigation system , radio and disconnection with my phone. I am very upset about it It took 30 minutes to put everything back in order. It not supposed to to be in such high level hotel Valet people not supposed to touch anything except adjusting mirrors and sits to park the car. I feel like someone was using my car, while I spent only one night in your hotel

Great location and the staff were great. There were a lot of overdue maintenance items that you would not expect to see at a 5 star resort. The pool is very outdated, tiles popped up and loose in many locations, deteriorated joints, and paint peeling off the building in most all locations. Interior was similar with uneven floor surfaces and pooped tiles throughout.

Na

The hotel had great staff and great location. Bed were comfortable, but rooms were a little dusty. The water pressure on the 16th floor was really powerful

Cleanliness is great

Superb

Good hotel nice staff will stay again.

Superb

It was great

Best hotel around the area

Beautiful place with friendly staff and amazing view!

The room was so clean and I loved the beach view. I booked the room for my daughter’s sweet 16 sleepover and it was everything she wanted. We literally walked across the street to the beach during the day and night. I will definitely do this again. The staff was nice and helpful with all the help I needed. Thank you Conrad for the wonderful stay!!!
