Beautiful properties and room. Immaculately clean.

Really clean, friendly staff, nice size rooms with a kitchen where you can cook full meals. Great for families. Salt water pool, valet parking.

For the price this hotel is highly overrated. I was taken back to when I arrived to see how dated this once beautiful hotel was. After opting in to purchase the breakfast via Expedia for $90 for my family, at check in I was told it would be an addl $80 for me, my wife and two young boys. $170 for breakfast!! Are you kidding me??!! To make matters worse, every hallway on each floor was like a sauna as if the air conditioning was turned off or didnt work. This should never be at such a "high end" boutique hotel. The signs of rust and lack of pressure washing across the entire hotel and as you sat by the pool were obnoxiously obvious. The room as expensive as it was felt like I was staying at the Trump Plaza circa 1998. None of it made sense. The gym was about the best thing going but at that felt awfully warm and snug and needed an adjustment. To top it all off, the day I left, there was an additional $110 charge on my card after all the all the money I spent to stay there for the night, and still haven't a clue of what or why this on my card when I there were no additional services or food items purchased. I will be calling them to straighten this out after such a poor experience at this overpriced hotel.

The staff was the star. The hotel is excellent.

Great location....

Negatives: the one bedroom suite was very disappointing: tiny with no balcony. A total downer which resulted in me checking out a day early. In room dining experience was very uneven. The staff were generally excellent, but the quality of the food was hit or miss. Wait times for room service, by contrast, was very good. I visit this hotel at least once a year and this was by far the least enjoyable one. May think twice about the next time.

Everyone was super helpful and attentive, especially Roli, the concierge. We ordered the teriyaki salmon, branzino, and miso cookie through room service, and everything was really, really delicious. It's located directly across the beach which we loved. The hotel smelled amazing, I love when a building uses scented filters- huge bonus for me. Side note, we got a crib for our room and it came with baby toiletries, appreciate the attention to detail!

Top notch service and cleanliness!

We stayed at this property prior to our cruise and returned after the cruise. Unfortunately our return was when we had issues. The property was nice but you can see some aging in the rooms and furniture. Plumbing is questionable in lower levels. Also beware of valuables when brought to the room from vehicle as we had 2 items taken.

The staff and property are second to none.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the place was super clean. The location was great as it was in the middle of everything.

Great place to spend a few days at the beach and to enjoy the night life. Definitely returning

Great time and visit!

The two restaurants on site were good. Just pricy which is to be expected. Good location, great beach chair set up, lovely pool.
