Staff and front desk are absolutely amazing! I really do enjoy staying here, excellent location for the price
-
Now, the hotel is in a good location and has free parking, those are the 2 only positive things I can say about the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
-
Beach view was unobstructed from my balcony. Parking is easy with direct access to guests, but space is a bit tight
-
Great place to stay just walk across the street to the beach. Clean rooms super friendly staff love this place.
-
Cable didn’t work well, it kept going out every day. Blinking in and out and around 8pm, totally disappeared.
-
For an older staple of a beach hotel, no real complaints. Maybe a little makeup and maintenance needed but if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay on the beach - this is it.

This hotel was in an excellent location, the room was very big, the staff were welcoming (on my one interaction) and the price was cheap, so it was perfect for our one night stop. That being said, it definitely was not very clean and upkept, you get what you pay for and in this case you are paying for the location!

it was great, right on the beach

Horrible

El peor hotel en fort Lauderdale no lo recomiendo nunca,el staff super agresivo y sin profesionalidad no se merecen ni 1 estrella.
-
This was the most amazing stay I have had, its right by the beach and is perfect location for the cost, all I need the room for is sleep because I’m spending all day out at the shops or at the beach

Rooms were clean, halls could use a good scrubbing. The location cannot be beat for the price
-
The hotel has a great location and the price is very affordable. Unfortunately, the rooms were dirty, there was a bad smell, and it was very noisy, making it difficult to relax. It’s a decent budget option if location is your priority, but don’t expect cleanliness or comfort.

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, He explained the history of the property so we had an appreciation for the same. They let us borrow beach chairs and towels for the beach. The property itself is in disrepair, but it is an older property on the historic registry, and the price is very inexpensive. You get what you pay for.

The building is dated. You can hear your neighbors on the phone in their room. The walls are paper thin. There is black mold on the ceiling and there was a roach in our restroom. The internet cut out about every 10-15 min. so you could not watch a show. I would not stay here again. We needed some plastic wear and was charged $1 for a fork, knife, and napkin pack. Great proximity to the beach. That’s it. Staff was helpful.

Well, it's a bit old, but love the FLL beach front low rise. So, you probly dont want to hunymoon there, but its good for beach.
-
It was an old property and poorly maintained. The main problem is the pictures lie. Simply be truthful. It looks nothing like the pictures. Rugs were filthy, no restaurant and the plumbing was bad. They could have just been honest.

Hotel done the job as we were only there one night and spent most of the time round the corner as we had friends at a neighbouring hotel. Pool looked nice and reception staff were helpful. Corridors had a bit of a smell that was our main downside
