Great location and cheap. Go here if you’re on a budget with your boys because it’s cheap and oceanfront. Never take a woman here if you care about her.

She was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had an unforgettable time. Pleasant

Surprised to have a private balcony, older hotel. Very close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Stay as expected. No bugs or mold.

Price & location Dirty, smell wasn’t nice.

Good things: there is a free parking, location is great and you have amazing place to eat breakfast in front of.

It is a great location. This is an older hotel. Air conditioning worked well. Any requests we made, the staff honored. There is off street parking. Because it is an older hotel there were limited outlets. And the bathroom could have used more freshening /updating.

Location is where the value is and has pool. The staff, especially Juan at the front desk, was kind, accommodating and professional.

Excellent staff and great location. I have been staying here for many years.

We love staying here because it's inexpensive and right across the street from the beach. It is supposedly under new management, but they are not doing a good job. We had trouble getting an extra pillow and forget clean towels. We did have one cockroach in the room. There was mold on the shower curtain as well. The woman at the desk on our arrival 9/15 was very rude and couldn't care less about us being there. Her attitude continued through the week. We will continue to stay here because it's convenient for us and the little problems are overshadowed by the location

The hotel is very dirty, the room extremely damp. Huge fire ants on the patio could not enjoy it. Dirty carpet didn't want to walk on it barefoot. The hotel extremely dated and in desperate need of a massive overhaul.

Definitely not a family friendly safe place. Everything was old and smelled and the bathroom shower had hair on the walls. The hallway smelled like they were trying to hide a stronger oder smell. There were shady people in the parking lot.

HOTEL SMELLED AND WAS VERY DIRTY, MY ROOM HAD ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM AND THE CARPETS WERE HORRIBLE. FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I STAYED AT A HOTEL AND DIDNT SHOWER LOL COUNTED DOWN THE HOURS TO MORNING, AND I WAS OUT!!!
