Premiere Hotel

Good

I'm a global traveler and have to say that the Premiere Hotel stands out. I highly recommend it for the following reasons: usually hotels at this price point are run-down and lacking services, but at the Premiere you get a reasonably priced room that is well maintained with excellent services. Of course this is not a luxury hotel. It doesn't pretend to be a luxury hotel. But it gives you all the basics to make yourself feel comfortable. My room did not have much of a view (but I could see the ocean from outside my door), but it had a great functioning fridge, microwave, airconditioner, bed and shower. What more do you need? The breakfast buffet had good coffee and various breakfast foods. Free cold bottled water in the lobby. And when you want to go to the beach, you can grab a beach chair and a beach towel and head across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

There is always friendly staff, great rooms, I could see the sea from my room. You just have to cross one road and you’re on the sand/ beach. Fantástico.🌟🌟🌈

Nice environment, very clean , very nice staff and friendly. Except for one person, the front desk man, that works morning shifts, blond guy, curly hair with blue eyes . He is very rude, and mean, not friendly at all, really mean ! He’s definitely in a wrong job position , he can’t be front desk !

The property is right on the ocean. Clean and cool rooms with a helpful staff!

Great breakfast included ( repetitive but it’s ok) beach chair and umbrella re for free) I liked very much cause renting around 50$ if u pay cash! Next year I will come back definitely!!

As usual, the staff was welcoming. To my surprise they put me up in the room with the best view in the hotel (322)! This is a ocean view room with rap around view of the beach. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, and quite a few amenities including a cooktop, microwave, and enough kitchen equipment for two people. It was possibly the nicest room I have been in within the United States. Breakfast was included with the price. It included eggs, bacon, sausage, and a collection of breads, meats, and cheeses. There was also a waffle iron. There are two pools on the property. The main pool, located within the boundary of the hotel building, is heated in the winter. The secondary one is not heated and is located near the road with a bit less privacy. Other amenities include the use of a gas BBQ, towel service, and free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is located in a quiet area just north of the main hotel and restaurant zone yet is walking distance to everything you need. Las Olas Blvd is only about 3 miles away. At night my wife and I played cards on the rooftop while listening to the waves crash just feet from us This is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

The rooms are excellent and very clean. The staff is outstanding, always very prompt to help and resolve any issue.

Staff are excellent, breakfast was awesome, great location

The only complain I have is I was given a gloomy dungeon room hidden under stairways with no view and hardly any daylight . Perhaps because I found such a great deal when I booked ? My room did have a strong old room stench . The staff was nice but wish they would have granted me a better room when I checked in and requested

On the not so great side the rooms are small with minimal furnishings and flat surfaces to set things on. They're very clean and the beds are comfortable. AC works well. The bathroom is tiny and only one person at a time will fit in. The hotel is dated but pretty well kept up on. One noticeable disappointment was the breakfast. The eggs were always scorched and overcooked. The sausage was overcooked and dry. Not a big variety of food for the complimentary breakfast, but those staples, particularly eggs and sausage need to be handled with more care. Turn down the heat when cooking!

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available everyday! The Beach is right out the front door. Fair walkable distance from convince store, coffee, bars and restaurants. Golf cart taxis around all the time as well.

Nice unassuming, hotel surrounded by big fancy ones and at a fraction of the price. The pool area is very inviting, it makes you feel like you’re in Hawaii or something. They have an on-site restaurant with free breakfast and then a happy hour menu in the afternoon. It’s a great location with a nice retro vibe.

Amazing staying! Only little thing is, better would be if there was a way from the front building to the back building so you can go for breakfast, bar or pool without having to walk outside in the street. Besides that, everything was amazing

The property is older but it’s nice and clean. The beds were pleasantly comfortable which is very important to me. The location was great and the stay included a great breakfast and free bottled water. I would stay here again.

This is our favorite Hotel is FL. Such a special experience. Have been 3 years in a row.

Clean room, kind staff, awesome view and really close to the beach

On a street with super fancy hotels, I would rather stay here! The personal touches make me want to come back and stay here again!
