Royal Palms Resort & Spa

The room was a bit rundown. The night stand boxes were separating from wall and dirty.Stains on walls and ceiling. I booked because they showed a great bar area where you could get some light food and it was closed. The location was very good.

The area itself is amazing, there’s plenty of little cafes and stores steps away and the beach is about a five minute walk from the property. Very happy with our stay here and would absolutely go back!

Hotel was just that. Room with two beds and bath. No elevators and lots of stairs. No food service close bye, no breakfast service. Clean with comfortable beds.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and 3 nice pools. Staff was very helpful. Room was a good size. Bathroom and sink area was a little small but the rain shower was nice and the towels were soft. Be warned that Only some of the gates surrounding the property open from the outside so when parking and bringing in luggage be sure to ask which ones open. We were not told and we were standing in the rain with our luggage trying to get in and had to call the help desk.

Royal Palms is very well situated. Close to a few eating spots. Including breakfast. 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance. The room was cleaned everyday. Very spacious. Will be going back next vacation

Great staff , location, and size. The rooms are spacious but a little dated. We opened the sofa bed and received a knock at the door late at night saying we were making noise. I guess the walls are thin. I would come back for a short stay

Not at all ADA compliant. No elevators and lots of stairs. Rooms were fine once you were able to get to them. Two pools were available. No food or drink service. Would not stay again because of the stairs. Host was very personable and helped me get to the room.

The room was not taken care of. The door had a hole in the bathroom, the bathroom rack was rusted to the point of not being able to use the towels, and it was just overall dodgy looking. The AC was great, but that is the only thing I can state was good.,

Staff was so pleasant, beautiful rooms and pools

The upkeep on this property is nil to none. Only good thing was the location. Things were broken and/or hanging on by a thread. The pics must have been taken at fresher point in renovation. The water was discolored, no countertop space, no robe hooks, no where to put anything in the bathroom. The mirror, towel rack, closet rod and air thermostat were all placed at heights for a 6 foot tall person. Outlets and light fixtures were loose from the wall… I could go on and on

Room was ok, pools were good and great location.

The staff was very kind and friendly. At check in they gave us instructions and all the data to go out and even coupons for restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is simple but very nice and well maintained. I would go back! The neighborhood is quiet, very close to the beach and really nice

Great spot. Right across from the beach. Clean, spacious, and the staff are so friendly. Would definitely stay here again

On line it describes a nice open bar with music, food, and good vibes however there was no bar or music. We walked a few blocks to dinner and a nice pub. Staff and parking were great. The room was large, cool, and clean. Nothing fancy, just a typical beach hotel.

Easy check in with helpful staff. Would definitely use this place again.

There was an issue with our room window, the team were really helpful and instantly moved us to another room. Great team and very helpful
