Birch Patio Motel

We were there twice during 3months, that is all you need to know! We want to return! -

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, and all required kitchen utensils. 2 beach towels were available. A nice pool. The location is outstanding, just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Angela is awesome and she will always do everything possible to keep you happy. When the AC unit stopped cooling, she immediately called a technician and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. The price/quality relationship is the best that you can get. Nothing.....The AC unit was fixed immediately when it stopped cooling.

The room is very well cleaned every day except for Sundays. The location is exceptional, just 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking available at no extra charge. Nice swimming pool. The kitchen has a big fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster. Two queen beds. Nothing.

We arrive at Birch Patio at 4:45pm on July 4th. The check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. When entering the room I was impressed with the size and how clean it was. I didn’t realize there would be maid service every day to bring clean towels for bathing and kitchen area. She also removed all garbage and empty bottles every day. She also swept and mopped the floors every day. My husband and I walked to the beach every morning to set up our beach chairs for the day. It is a short walk to the beach maybe 3 to 4 minutes depending on how fast you walk. We walked back to the room for lunch then back to the beach in the afternoon. I was glad to find they had beach chairs to use. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. I wish we would have used the pool areas a little more. Next time we will. We can’t wait to go back next year. If I could give this property more than a five rating I would. The location was perfect for us, it was nice and quiet. The pictures were taken from our balcony and the other two were from our walks. If I have to think of a negative I guess it would be that I was surprised that there was no Kleenex boxes, but the toilet paper was stocked every day as well so it wasn’t a problem. I would have bought a box but kept forgetting every time I went to the store.

Large, clean, well equipped rooms and great swimming pools

Lovely wee place just a couple of blocks back from the beach strip. The room was large and modern, with a kitchenette and a giant fridge freezer. Room cleaned every day. I would highly recommend it.

Location, pool, my 1st floor room. Things are kind of old but everything worked and was clean. The tv signal was lacking a bit.

Front window blind didn't work properly, but finally got it to close. Some of the places to eat can be pricey in the area.
