Locations size of the room and the grounds One pool out of service it should be covered. Area for washing machines and ice not very welcoming

Staff was nice , the rooms could be in better shape and one door in bathroom wouldn’t lock plus the air condition wasn’t running right

Clean rooms and pool! Block to the beach and 1/2 mile walk or quick uber to night life and stores. Very quiet area with a great bakery/ coffee shop. Two great breakfast spots and a close convenience store. Would stay again!

La ubicación Extremely disappointing experience — made even worse by how my complaint was handled afterward Unfortunately, my experience with North Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing, not only because of what happened during my stay, but especially because of the way the hotel handled my complaint afterward. During my three-night stay, I had to repeatedly request basic supplies for the fourth guest in our room, as well as shower soap, which was only provided on the final day despite having requested it previously. More seriously, there was extremely loud construction work taking place close enough to our room that at one point it was almost impossible to have a conversation with the person next to me. I initially chose not to complain because I assumed it was a one-time inconvenience. When it happened again, I contacted the hotel. At checkout, I was told that management had been informed and that a manager would contact me. That did not happen. I followed up repeatedly through WhatsApp and several of my messages went unanswered. Eventually, after further complaints, the hotel informed me in writing that an approved refund of $151.51 had been processed to Booking.com's virtual card and that I should receive it within 7–10 business days. I then spent days communicating with Booking.com because the refund never appeared. Booking.com contacted the hotel and repeatedly waited for the necessary confirmation from them. I also continued contacting the hotel directly without receiving a response. Finally, Booking.com informed me that North Beach Hotel had responded to them stating: “We will not be issuing this guest a refund.” So after telling me in writing that my refund had been approved and processed, the hotel subsequently told Booking.com that they would not issue the refund at all, without even responding to my messages or providing me with an explanation. Mistakes and inconveniences can happen at any hotel.

It was a cozy beautiful experience.

They have a really good cafe but it’s a bit expensive, the shower was hard to get the right temperature. Free towels! And free tv watching and wifi!
