They have a really good cafe but it’s a bit expensive, the shower was hard to get the right temperature. Free towels! And free tv watching and wifi!

This property is clean, quite and one block away from the ocean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y amplias aunque necesitan algunas mejoras El staff fue maravilloso muy amables todos La cocina tenía de todo lo que se podía necesitar aunque necesitaba mejoras El aire acondicionado por el día se disparaba a veces y hacía calor pero en las noches muy frío En general si volveríamos en vacaciones familiares porque las áreas comunes se disfrutan en grupo Hicimos barbiquiu y las piscinas estaban limpias Y las áreas bonitas

What a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our brief stay. The place is clean and well maintained.

I didn’t realize when we booked that these were all outdoor units so that is on me - just be aware that there are lots of stairs. The AC in our room did not work well so our room was very hot and muggy - also there are no dim lighting options it’s either pitch black or every light in the room is on. When we arrived there wasn’t any one at the desk so we had to wait for them to arrive and let us in the door to check in, it’s kind of confusing to find.

European style property with exceptional outdoor amenities. Distinct from all other mega hotel options nearby, quiet, family friendly. Village Cafe on site is exceptional - a destination eatery especially for breakfast/brunch. Rooms have deferred maintenance needs - burns in floor, rust stains, peeling paint - mad the place feel less clean and tidy than it actually was. Installing new terracotta tile in rooms and some paint throughout would do wonders. Reception staff were flaky- did not know we paid through booking , couldn’t navigate us to room, could not handle malfunctioning laundry and I had to pay twice to get the washer lid unlocked.

Loved how close it is to the beach!! Lots of restaurants near by too!! Problem with ants near the microwave and coffee maker.

The location itself is very nice. Nice restaurants all walking distance.

Staff

The Front desk personnel, Natalia, went above and beyond to help make our stay better. She didn’t hesitate to help us. The room quality didn’t match the listing pictures. There was mold in the bathroom. The room itself was run down and old.

The location It’s not very clean.. the rooms are old. The doors are not properly secured
