North Beach Hotel

Great service. Hotel rooms need an update. Great location.

Bed was never made, towels dropped off in a bag, didn’t take garbage. Building needs major renovations shower has holes, when you turn the water on knob comes off.

Me gustó mucho el hotel en general, muy acogedor, todo limpio, el personal atento. Me gustó mucho que el checking fue súper rápido, me cambiaron las toallas y tenía además toallas de playa que se pueden cambiar. Además, tiene muy buen lugar, cerca de la playa, solo 3 minutos caminando. Tiene además cuatro piscinas climatizadas. En general, me encantó y repetiría.

Jazmenn was the BEST!!! She was sooooo helpful with the amenities, directions and a late check out. The property is dated but it was clean and is surrounded by 4-5 star hotels & we felt very safe walking to the beach 2 blocks away.

The staff are terrible with service at night your lucky if u can get someone , ice machine was broken some pools were so dirty they were closed

Adequate shower Lack of any covering on windows in rooms adjacent to bedroom with no doors so daylight coming into bedroom from sunrise. Noisy fridge in bedroom. Very noisy air conditioning in bedroom to extent that had to choose between air conditioning noise keeping us awake or heating keeping us awake. Very noisy air condiitoning outside room at seating area so not pleasant to sit there.

I did not like that the address given on the email and you give it to the taxi driver and not take you to the front of the building. Did not like needing to step up to use the rest room and shower in the room and did not feel clean. Black spots all over the sheets.

Access to restaurants. There is a gym but was under renovation. Pool was great. Bathroom is dated. Loungers need replaced / more of them.

Staff were all very efficient and friendly. Loved the concept of smaller pools dotted around the property; gave it a cozier feel. Very good value for money in the neighbourhood.

The only good thing about this property was the location. Everything. Check-in process was ridiculous. Front office was locked and we had to wait 15 minutes in the courtyard to get our room key because the manager was tending to other properties. Property was filthy, run down and severely outdated. Seems like furniture was broken down and brought in from the curb. Curtains were half on and half off. Stains all over the floor. Didn’t know what the beds were made of, was afraid to pull down the sheets to check. We saw the dirty plate impressions on the table from a previous guest. We checked out within hours as soon as we could book a room else where. Staff apologized for the conditions but refused to refund our money. We are contesting the charges with Visa. For $260/night, customers should receive a clean and decent room to stay. Don’t know how this place got 3.6/4 stars. It does not meet the bare minimum for decent lodging.

Pool was okay, 2 blocks away from the beach.

Property was good, staff were awesome. My family and I had lots of fun in the pool area.

Location Pool close early

The place looks nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty! We talked to the front desk and they offered to refund our parking. The couch was stained terribly bad. Towels were dirty and looked like they had not been washed just folded back up. This place has potential.. unfortunately we would never stay again.

my fil toilet broke no elevator--had to hoof 4 suitcases 3 floors

This place was okay for a short stay. It looks like an outdated place that was recently cosmetic renovated. The staff was super helpful. If I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this place.
