This whole stay was an emotional roller coaster. It started out with checking in and receiving a letter telling us we would have no water from 11pm-5am. We get into our room only to hear a screaming woman for hours on the phone yelling in Spanish. Walls are very thin or she was just extremely loud. The people we were on the phone with could even hear them. Then our AC went out during the night. I’m assuming because of whatever maintenance they had to do. It woke me up at 4am because it got so warm in our room. I felt ill, I got up and went to go to them bathroom and I passed out. I fell hard and smacked the back of my head on the marble flooring. It woke up my girlfriend I was rooming with and she tried to help me. I then tried to go back to sleep but heard the yelling lady next door for another hour until 5am. Then I felt dizzy and lightheaded from the fall and ubered myself to the ER. Had multiple tests done including CT scan of my head. Luckily no brain bleed but they said I had a concussion. I told the front desk our ac was not working, asked for extra water and was told no only 2 waters a day and I told them I just got back from the hospital from falling in the room and she just said oh feel better. They “fixed” the AC only to make it make this extremely loud horrible sound. Which we were now getting ready for bed and leaving early to catch a flight home the next day. They made us switch rooms at 11pm. Was told to email manager which I plan to do bc I feel I deserve com

Very clean, I loved the idea of the rooms being separate from the dining room and kitchen. The bathrooms were beautiful and the balcony view. I also loved that they provided dishes and water.

The main thing I didn’t like was that there are no ice or vending machines. You have to request ice and get drinks from the little shop which were ridiculously high. Not sure if housekeeping is every other day but checked in on Tuesday, room was cleaned on Wednesday but not on Thursday, cleaned on Friday and checked out on Saturday. Before leaving, I noticed what appeared to be a makeup stain hidden under the bed runner on the comforter, definitely not my shade.

The room and balcony view were very nice. Dana was very helpful at check in as were all other staff. Valet staff were really helpful with recommendation for transportation to airport that would fit our luggage. We enjoyed walking right across the street to go to the beach. The beach staff were very nice; Kevin and another gentleman. It was a great stay. We will be back!

I love that every room has a balcony & a kitchen. This is my second time staying there & I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Nice hotel at a very good location across from beach. Rooms were nice and spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice with beautiful ocean views. We would stay here again We paid for two rooms for 5 people staying for 2 nights and breakfast was suppose to be included on our reservation for both rooms. Instead they only gave us only $52 credit for only two people (only 1 room credit instead of both rooms) which barely covered one third of the breakfast cost, even though this was not apparent anywhere on our reservation. The Hotel should have honoured the reservation and included breakfast for all 5 of us and not charged us extra!

The young lady Stephanie was very accommodating and a complete breath of fresh air.

I loved the place and we are going back soon. Thank you!
