We had a great stay overall. The breathtaking views were amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was very convenient. The only drawbacks were that the pool is quite small and could use better maintenance, and the bar in the pool area would benefit from some maintenance or an upgrade. Also, it's worth noting that the hotel does not offer 24-hour room service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Our toilet kept going out and not working during emergency needs but staff was very attentive

Great and beautiful place

Rooms outdated, balcony chipped tiles and railings everywhere, just didnt feel like the quality hotel suggested online. The tax says its for 2 bottles of water a day and often the maid didnt provide these, or if I disnt let her in thermy weren't left at the door or anything like other hotels often provide. Pool was fine but music blaring often so dont go if you want to chill. Bar staff in hotel were great though and good location, but wouldn't be going back here in my opinion.

Room was very dirty upon check-in and not very well maintained. Could use a lot of updates. Most of the staff was very friendly with the exception of one of the front desk folks who didn’t seem to care about our issues. Called and left a message for the GM with no response. To their credit we were issued a refund on our work fees. The restaurant is fantastic as well as the pool area.

My main issue was the MANDATORY valet that is not explicitly stated on the page of the resort (Expedia helped me with this so big shout out to them). Transparency of this property is not what I'd call their strong suit, nor is some of their staff being friendly or patient (rushing through all of the amenities, floors, charges, etc) and then just being told to sign this paper without a clear understanding. The person at check out and cleaning staff were super friendly though which I appreciate a lot.

The location with beach view is phenomenal! Quiet and clean room. Hotel staff is attentive and friendly. The onsite restaurant is amazing. We will be making a yearly family trip since I enjoyed it so much!

We spent our anniversary here and it was spectacular. From the view, the comfy bed, the 'shallow' pool overlooking the ocean, shower pressure. We will most definitely coming back. Thank you for making our mini getaway so memorable. Can't wait to come back.

Really nice hotel, has the Altantic vibe for sure. Just wish the amenities can be enjoyed more. Pool closes at sunset. Would be nice to be able to enjoy until 10 or 11 like most hotels, especially after a nice hot day at the beach.

Beach view, clean rooms

Loved the location of the hotel, right across from the beach! The studio room with kitchenette was exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay! It was well-maintained and clean, spacious washroom and beautiful balcony!
