Nice hotel, pool need more cleaning daily, there was no pool towel left in pm, hotel nicely decorated but a bit ruff on the edges finition lacked. Beds very comfortable. Clean rooms.

Spacious room with a great beachfront location and beautiful veranda view. Unfortunately, there was a lot of bird droppings on the veranda, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. The freezer was also heavily frosted and wouldn’t close properly, so we had to turn off the fridge. We also received unexpected telemarketing calls directly to the room, which was disturbing while we were resting.

Location The phone did not work and cable tv was poor for a five star hotel.

We love the location. We took a cruise and checked into the hotel before we left Sept. 19th and checked back in when we returned from the cruise Sept. 26-28. We were in a suite and it had little buds all over the counter. I do have a video of the buds. We also had a water issue in the hallway in the bedroom. We went to dinner Saturday evening and came back to water soaking the carpet in the hallway in front of our closet. We informed the property. We could tell this has happened before from the wood. We took pictures. We were leaving the next day so we just stayed in the room.

Awesome Hotel, Restaurant, Pool, and Beach area all top notch highly recommend for a couples retreat, Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming/accommodating!

We had a great time at the Atlantic Hotel! Chris who worked at the Sky Bar was fantastic! We will be booking back again thanks to him for making our stay so enjoyable!

— Very disappointing experience I booked The Atlantic Hotel & Spa to celebrate my wife's birthday because the hotel is marketed as a relaxing, upscale experience with a spa and pool. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different, and it ended up ruining what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. The spa was advertised as being open until 7:00 PM, but when I went around 5:00 PM, it was already closed. On top of that, there was a private party at the hotel pool, which meant we could not enjoy the pool area as hotel guests. The worst part was the noise. The music and party were so loud that it was clearly audible inside our room, and we couldn't even comfortably use our balcony. The noise also made it difficult to sleep. I spoke with Robert Walker, the Front Desk Manager, who was professional and did what he could. He removed the resort fee and parking fee from our bill, which I appreciate. However, the overall issue was much bigger than those fees. I feel that the experience sold to me when I booked the hotel was not the experience we actually received. I chose this property specifically for a relaxing birthday stay, including the spa and hotel amenities. Instead, the spa was closed early, the pool was unavailable because of a private event, and the noise significantly affected our room. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a memorable birthday celebration for my wife was negatively affected by our stay here. Room was spacious view of ocean Disappointed that there was no concierge, decent breakfast, no one handler or helped with bags, and our room had plumbing issues.

I celebrated my son’s birthday last year and loved the idea of celebrating again because last year our room was amazing (except the faucet in the hot tub that was broken). I do love the hotel itself, the rooms are comfortable and the proximity to the beach. Our room felt smaller than last year. The toilet had problems and the refrigerator was leaking.

Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Very friendly staff. I would have preferred to know my parking options before I chose valet. Cost to valet was an unexpected expense to my budget.
