The room was great size with king bed. Short stroll to beach and great spot on the beach. Will return and tell others how great my stay.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was how the hotel perfectly blends contemporary updates with the charm of classic Fort Lauderdale. The property has all the comforts and style of a newly renovated boutique hotel while still preserving the character and atmosphere that make old Fort Lauderdale so special. It truly feels like the perfect mix of old and new. We also thought the hotel was an excellent value. While it’s not directly on the beach, it’s only a short, easy walk away, and we actually preferred its location. Being just off the main strip meant it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still close enough that we could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and all the activity whenever we wanted. The entire property is beautiful, well kept, and inviting. Between the spotless rooms, modern amenities, classic Fort Lauderdale charm, outstanding staff, and great location, the Rolo Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and great-value stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating, room was very clean and centrally located to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, free parking, clean room, outdoor pool.

Also, to go to a beach front more southward, the parking garage at 3015 Cortez St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 is cheap compared to most spots, $20 for 4 hours; but BE WARY of the tight parking spots and watch out for the pillars on the median lines between spots they are deadly

At least the room I was staying, needs an updated or a renovation, a bit antiquated.

Other than that, it was a great place for the price.

I love it great area near the beach

We arrived early evening on a Sunday just to spend the night as we had an early flight out of FLL, and their location was perfect. When we arrived, the office was closed but they’d sent us clear instructions on how to get onto our room. The room was clean, large, with all the amenities you could want. We recommend this hotel! Just be sure that you’re in the renovated, white building, rather than the older, pink one.

This is a unique retro property and totally lovely - It is enhanced by a terrific manager, Kathy, who did her best to ensure my comfort! I will stay here again on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale!

Great location. Very nice for the price point

We had a very nice stay. Phoebe was very helpful! Nice amenities and nice clean room.

This was our 3rd time staying here and as always very clean room was ready when we arrived. Paid the $25 early arrival fee which is very convenient so I don’t have to worry about our luggage and hung by the pool for the day.

Very large room with everyone needs. Don't miss this 'golden nugget'. Fantastic value, 5 mins walk from the front boulevard. Staff friendly and professional. Wish I'd booked a few extra days. Well done team !
