Manhattan Tower Apartment Hotel

Close to the beach and the size was awesome Nothing

we loved the energy and vibe of the space, the room was the perfect blend of apartment and hotel. we really felt super comfortable being there and wish we could have stayed longer. a true hidden gem of a property. we had no qualms!

Love the inter-coastal patio and the property was very quiet. 1. the room was musty, furniture was dated, not mid century, more like the 70’s. Sheets very THIN. Shower head poor quality if you were over 5’ 8”. Towels - 2 bath towels, hand towel and wash cloth for 2 people…with long hair.

The location can't be beat! And the water taxi dropped us off right at the back gate on the Intercostal Waterway. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. Staff were the best! The kitchen is a bit tired. Also, usually there are coffee filters and salt and pepper left. My one bedroom apartment didn't have either.

Location was very nice on the lagoon! Service was incredible and friendly.

Great location overlooking inter coastal waterway. Lovely garden and pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Too much furniture in room. A reasonable walk in heat to restaurants.

Everything the decoration the whole atmosphere the plants outside in the pool everything the backyard... I didn't have no issues

Loved the entire ambiance of the Manhattan Tower. Unit 207 was in the perfect spot with the perfect balcony. We loved watching the boats go by. Bed was very comfortable, place was very clean, and AC worked so great in hot Florida Summer. Lots of cute attire all over the entire property. They allowed us to check out late for free! Can't wait to spend another weekend relaxing at the Manhattan Tower!

We reserved the apartment 15 minutes before our check in. We reached the apartment and meet a very friendly person. He showed us the apartment before the check in and explained everything. We liked our short stay for just one night. We liked the apartment that much that we thought about to stay longer.

The rear area by the water was lovely The rest was fair to poor if I am honest. I went to wrong room, put in my key, door opened and I was in someone else's apartment! All looking tired and desperately in need of a revamp. I accept that this is described as a 'Boutique hotel', but that does not mean it has to be left as it was when last renovated (15 years ago?)

A charming boutique hotel within easy walking to beach and many restaurants. Loved watching the boats go by while sitting on our patio. Laundry facilities are sketchy.

the property is eclectic and comfortable. the hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Russell, Kate and the other staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Comfortable swimming pool. Possible to use their Beach chairs and umbrella on the Beach. Recommended! Maybe a little pricey.

This was a great property. I locked myself out of the room and he was very helpful and helped me right away. The smoke alarm was not cooperating but he tried his best ti figure it out. The outside space is relaxing and beautiful and the little area inside where you can sit and feel the breeze is pretty cool. I will be back!
