Because when we got there, they said they didn’t have a room for us and we had to find another room someplace else. This needs to be refunded.

This is at least our third visit. It might be showing a little wear, but the staff is committed to maintaining and keeping their property clean. Also, the breakfast was great and they even had a gluten-free muffin available for my daughter in addition to the rest of the hot and cold breakfast items.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The handicapped accessible room was large as was the bathroom. I appreciated the bathtub floor not being too slick. There were plenty of grab bars in the tub and toilet areas.
