Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Morgan

All was clean, and the staff was nice and respectful. I order the room through Expedia so my points through Marriott were not able to be applied to my Bonvoy card. Otherwise everything else was good. Breakfast was excellent. I’m checking out. Went really smooth. We would definitely be using Fairfield again.

The hotel also had an odor....not sure if they had just bug bombed or if they had a sewer issue but it had a funk. The room was clean but very loud from all sides. For the price of this one, maybe look somewhere else.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Especially the breakfast crew.

Location a little offbeat but the property itself was excellent. Close to a Walmart. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and sheets. Overall would stay here again as the price point was unbeatable and staff were friendly.

The breakfast was enjoyable and creative, not just waffles. The location was just off the interstate but quiet, no traffic noise. It looks a little out-of-the-way on the map, but actually is just a few blocks from the main street of places to eat and gas stations.

Our room was very clean and the staff was so helpful. We would definitely recommend to our friends!

Our stay was great. The site over booked and they graciously upgraded our room to a queen suite. The breakfast was great.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at over 100 hotels the staff was perfect and I would recommend this place every time

I watched the sporting event in my room, but on my small phone (so the internet worked…just not the connection with the tv).

We were grateful for the location of the hotel on our trip. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have an outlet on or near the nightstand.

Pool was down, but as Seniors, we never missed it. Clean, comfortable and on or route. We’ve stayed here for years!

I booked a suite on Expedia for 2 adults and 3 children. When I arrived after a 13-hour drive, we had a regular room with two queen beds — no pull-out couch, no space for a rollaway, only sleeps 4 people. After some discussion, the front desk staff finally gave us a new room and offered each of my kids a treat from the onsite market. I appreciated her difficult situation, but the room was not comfortable for our family, and I had specifically reserved a suite. I recognize this could be an Expedia issue (and Expedia gave me a $25 rebate). However, if Fairfield wants to use Expedia, then Fairfield needs to align its inventory and not over- or double-book. Otherwise, the property seemed fine — though the pool was out-of-order, and they were offering swimming at another hotel. If I travel through again, I would probably stay at another hotel.
