The room was clean, the staff was helpful and polite, breakfast can be a little better and the view from the balcony is perfect. You can see the water and the light at night of the city is beautiful.

Good location and good amenities. AC worked great and view was great. Pool was nice and fishing from the floating dock is an extra perk.

Very clean. Helpful staff. 3 Fisherman's Restaurant on the property was convenient. Upon arrival refrigerator was not working properly, but staff replaced immediately. Door key lock out 2 X's during the stay as battery on key code was weak. Staff replaced immediately. Front lobby is very pretty, staff was helpful and available in person 24/7. Free breakfast daily with room which was excellent.

Loved the waterfront views from balcony. The room and bathroom spacious and clean. Free continental breakfast with a restaurant on site.

The room that we were originally given did not have a view (which we paid for) and smelled of marijuana. We phoned the front desk with our concerns and Kim upgraded us to an excellent room for an additional $10 per night. It was worth it. The room and view was excellent. Anita who managed the continental breakfast was awesome! She was so friendly and we looked forward to talking with her each morning. We hope to see her again next year! Overall, it is a nice property with nice rooms. We book there every year when we come to town to visit family.

2night stay was great. Stayed in suite with balcony and water view. Lived in n fort Myers and always admired the hotel. Always thought if out of town guests come I would highly recommend staying there. It definitely says welcome to Florida. I became a guest a was right. Great place and complimentary breakfast was awesome!

The AC in our room was broken. Had to come two times to fix it went to bed got woken up at 3 AM when carbon monoxide detector was ringing call front desk was told there was no maintenance to unplug it, we said is there a week because it was bringing they moved us to a small room at 3:30 AM. The next day the Manager Kim called us back and was talking over us trying to tell us we had to stay in that small room, even though I paid for a bigger room finally after arguing got put back in that room so they put a battery in the alarm but it had none when we looked. Kim, the manager was very unprofessional. Talk to us like we were garbage. I would not recommend staying there. The building is very old and beat up. Management is bad.

Well maintained great location for personal or business trip and very different than many westerns but as a even better one because all my last best western stays have been rebranded to me it’s a great chain to stay

Our reservation was for July 4,2026, 2 rooms, 2 nights. We did arrive early at 10:30 am to see if we could get a room/s on low floor since one of our group has issues with heights. We also asked if it were possible to get connecting rooms. Not possible, but why didn't we go to lunch, come back in an hour or hour and half and one of our rooms would be available. So that's what we did. when we returned around 12:30 a different woman was at the desk with the clerk who had been there at 10:30. She told me that our rooms were not ready, that if we had wanted early check in it would cost $30.00 and that they could not guarantee early check in because it was a holiday. Check in time was 4:00 and we could come back then. Will go to a different waterfront hotel next time.
