The pool, even though a part of it is not working The room smells like mold

The staff were the only good part of the stay. Cockroaches everywhere!

We’ve stayed at other candlewood suites properties several times and the rooms have always been very clean, well kept and spacious enough for a short stay. This location was ok, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We didnt use any amenities, but they looked clean and in good condition. Check in was quick and easy and as always we had a pleasant enough stay. This location was not as kept up as the other Candlewood a few miles away. The whole building had a very strong chemical smell, including our rooms, that was starting to make me sick the longer we were there. Our refrigerator was extremely loud, it would make a huge clunking noise that was startling when it happened. Our bed had a deep dip in it on one side that was very uncomfortable and the sheets were so heavy washed in chemicals or bleach that my skin start getting an irritation rash. Oh and the alarm at the front door was beeping so loud the entire time we were there, something with the system not working correctly. How awful for the employees that had to endure listening to it.

Friendly staff and had what we needed.

The clean rooms and the free washers and dryers. Michelle is amazing so it the other front desk staff such as Ian and Anastasia(I think that’s her name she works most mornings). Everyone is so friendly and helpful N\A

The rooms exceeded my expectations as well! Comfy bed and pillows.

The best part was having free laundry just bring your detergent or you can buy that. But the staff and rooms are wonderful

Bug bites that we got from handicapped parking space to the entrance. My daughter handicapped 35 year old and me 75 year old woman went to that area to go to the beaches and look around.
