I always expect more from Hilton Places. Room was clean, a little moisture on the wall top section of window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved. Parking is great.

The Tv in the room didn’t work at all. The AC never quite got cold. Staff were super friendly. Had we been staying longer than a night we would’ve mentioned the TV and asked to switch rooms.

Great location for beach park and ride. Had an issue with a water leak from above but the reception staff sorted me out with an alternative room. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Especially the staff, when we checked, in I believe her name was Chavone she was personable and delight to work with. All of the other staff was as well they greeted us and made sure things were taken care of.

Very convenient near the Sanibel bridge ,next door to the largest Walmart and most clean and well run Walmart store I’ve ever been to Can’t think of a thing that I didn’t like

The room I was put in didn’t have hot water at the sink or the shower. The water only got moderately warm. The tub kept filling up with water and drained very slowly, so with the shower running I was standing in at least 6 inches of water. The toilet didn’t flush. The AC never stopped running and the carpet smelled. Basically, this room (356) should not be used. In addition to all that, I called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. I was told someone would bring one. No one ever showed up.
