In inquiring about a refund etc. I was told no due to booking through a 3rd party (EXPEDIA). Never again.

Our toilet in our room did not flush. We had to deal with that for the three days that we stayed. We finally finally went to the front front office and asked for a plunger. They finally give us a plunger to use and my ex-husband fix the commode it had an issue in the back where the rod comes across.

The pool was dirty (water dirty) with bottles and cans left laying around with broken chairs Hot tub did not work and hasn’t worked for awhile Breakfast was only plus the women that do the breakfast friendly and kept everything full

Thank you for making my solo trip very relaxing! I spent 3 days 4th of July weekend and they put me in the most wonderful room, quiet. The pool was enjoyable and the coffee nice & hot. This is my Go To spot.

Had a great 3 day stay. Staff could not have been better, breakfast was great, pool was great. Negatives internet is terrible once you close your door, hot tub down, and all but 1 ice machine. But for the price and location couldn’t beat it, next time I’m getting the suite.

The hottub was not working the three days that I stayed. The first day they said it would be operating by the next day. I more or less stayed there for a hottub. That being said, the breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. I’m sure the hottub will work in the future.

The room also has a very strong “car air freshener” odor to it, as if to cover up a damp odor perhaps. The room was clean, and the bathroom too. Lighting however was too dim for my wife to put in her contacts . Overall, for the price, it was okay for the intended overnight stay.

Staff was miserable, always on their phones. I think I would have preferred to speak to bot agent. Simple asks where met with negative attitudes.
