Very nice property for the price. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Was clean, no bugs, and supplies were provided. Overall it was a very nice place.

I think the property needs to remove the hot tub from the listing. We booked this property specifically for the hot tub over the more convenient location Naples only to find out the hot tub has been broken for a while, with no plans to fix it. The bed was very comfortable and when we put in a work order for our bath tub that wasn’t draining it was fixed very quickly!

The room was really nice. We didn’t use the pool but it was super nice too.

Always is a good experience to travel in la quinta in sanibel only thing they need to fix the yakuzi and more umbrellas in the pool the rest fantastic

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t have much illumination so we didn’t like that and the pool didn’t seem clean as the water had a weird color, they didn’t leave so

the bed was comfortable. the shower was great. the room was comfortable but had visible wear and tear. only one of 3 ice machines worked. the breakfast was average.

The dates were off by 1 day and they would not make an adjustment. Expedia does not let you screenshot so make sure you take a photo of your screen to cover issues like this. I do this every time I book now.

I ordered a queen bed, and I got a full size they put in the last Floor, all the way to the end and reservation for over a month. They didn’t give me any closer and the AC was not very well. The floor of the room is not. Even I had. I fell down twice in the room. That’s why I had to leave a day early. I couldn’t handle the room anymore. A hot tub was broken. Never used it. I will not recommend nobody to stay there.

The Front Desk ( Derek ) was horrible , right from the. Beginning ready to check in , he was making faces to a couple when they were ready to check out , and rolling his eyes , later I went to the room and no internet or physical phone in the room , and Derek just told me, ok I will reset the room in my computer and everything be okay, I waited for a hour and a half , go again , he make. ME wait for few minutes to asked me what I need , I asked derek for different options , give me another room and the same , no internet , behind the sofa full of dead bugs

Not clean and carpet wet! Bugs in the refrigerator. Not happy!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Very clean. The front desk clerks were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms are large and spacious and the pool was perfect. Temperature air-conditioning worked amazing

Beautiful clean room, helpful and delightful staff, very positive attitudes, best breakfast. Just a short ride to the beach. Huge pool.
