We booked a one night just to be close to Sanibel for our plans that day. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade upon check in which I wasn't expecting but we did appreciate it as there was 4 of us and my adult sons are too old to share a bed anymore .With the upgrade everyone had their own bed. Beds were comfortable the living room was spacious and although we didn't need it we had a full kitchen in our suite. We would stay again next time our plans are in Sanibel

It's weird that they charge for parking (U$ 5/day) in a "remote" area (others don't). Breakfast included is very nice with fruits, cereals, eggs, juices. And they offer coffee all-day which is nice coming back in the afternoon. They offer you cookies (fresh baked) and popcorn too. I love Residence Inn because they have a full kitchen in the room, which is a great convenience for travelers. You have a Publix right next door too,

Beds were hard for older guests. Tori at the front desk was exceptional! Food was great and rooms were attended to daily. 1st time at a Residence Inn and very pleased.

Check in was easy and wonderful. Got up for breakfast, was looking for a pen to write something. Saw a pen but also saw a bug. Took a pic went down showed front desk and she changed my room. I put 2 bottles of water in the fridge side door. When I open the fridge there was a baby bug on the inside of the fridge on the wall of the fridge. Took pic and showed her as well. She said she would mention to her supervisor and also have maintenance spray. Cool took my things to my new room. Everything was good. My last night staying there I was about to eat my left overs from the restaurant. Realize I didn’t have any eating utensils. I looked in the dishwasher and saw dishes. I grabbed the fork and notice it was dirty. All the dishes in the dishwasher was dirty. I walked to Publix and purchased plastic eating utensils for me and my daughter.

We lost my daughters sunglasses and they went above and beyond to find them plus make her a little goody basket with an adorable note. Clean hotel, great staff, great location just a few minutes from the beach and right next to a Publix.

We only stayed one night and we liked the property. It was quiet and calm,and had breakfast included.
