Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport

Compliment airport shuttle. Called the hotel and either the hotel desk had poor English or she couldn't understand mine. Ended up taking a cab. TV did 't work. I went to front desk, same front counter clerk as before and she informed me the maintenance man was gone for the weekend. I just stared at her, no English required. After a long moment, she told me to wait an hour when her replacement arrived, who made the room change . Keycard didn't work after second or third try. Needed a new key on two occasions. Other than that, nice room, clean, appreciated the ceiling fan, never saw that before. That was great because the air conditioner was a bit loud, but that could just be me. Other than that, it wasn't all that bad, but I would have trouble recommending to a friend

Pensamos quedarnos otra vez muy limpio y muy agradable el lugar la piscina super rica las muchachas super atentas y puntuales en su servicio de room service bien agradecida lo único que no me gustó y deberían de considerar es cuando le cambian los viajes a los pasajero y no es culpa de uno es el reembolso que lo hacen difícil y no lo quieren devolver eso deben tomar consideración ya que las aerolíneas tienen ese problema y no es culpa de los pasajero irse un dia antes eso es todo pero me encantó el lugar.

Our room was lavish and large. We had a great night sleep with comfortable beds and a quiet room. I wish we could have stayed longer !

Friendly staff, room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical of most free breakfast, dining area was clean and well stocked.

front desk person was not real friendly. then we get to our room, smelled bad, stale and musty. the tub in bathroom, had rust all over where the faucet going down to drain. kinda disappointed

they did not clean our bed and the bed had ants in it. I had bites all over me and did not notice to the next morning. I pulled back the covers and saw a pile of ants. we were leaving that day and they didn't ask about our stay so we just left. Totally disgusted!!

The people in the resection are not friendly on front desk , there is not a smile , not even a greeting ..

The free breakfast was great, the property was quiet and the airport transfer was extremely helpful.
