Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport

I originally stayed at this hotel because of the airport shuttle. My flight was delayed substantially and I ended up landing at 330am. The airport shuttle only runs from 4am-10pm. So I had to uber to the hotel, the hotel is old, and dated. The room is fine. It smelled pretty moldy. I didn’t see any mold though. I was only there for a few hours to get some sleep. I missed breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Bed was comfortable. Probably would stay somewhere else if I had the chance.

room size, bed, chair, drawers, clean carpet, ceiling fan, a/c, quiet, wifi, tv channels were perfect.

Overhead fan in room helped compensate for the A/C which struggled to keep out humidity and maintain cool temperature. Parking has many service trucks who took up several parking spaces around the lot because they had trailers. It left few personal vehicle spaces near a lot door access.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast glighttoo early had to leave at 4 am The office person sent an uber for us it came to the airport then called us he was going to pick us up but he left and called the office and told her he couldn’t find us. She never notified us we waited forever. We finally called her and she told us that. She called another one but never told us what car to look for we did find him. Cake acted like it was no big deal. The morning uber went well

Very close to the RSW airport with shuttle in the hour or provided Uber rides at off times.

The facility was clean, good breakfast, pool was nice and nice staff. I had to acknowledge the staff so they knew I was there. Otherwise I would have waited for them to notice me. Otherwise they were polite.

And what happened was the air conditioning was leaking water to the rug When I when to check out I was going to to tell them but the person in the other side of the counter, she said thank you for staying. You already checked out and she walked away. So that was it. The bathroom tub had mole growing All in the edge needs repair.

Good accommodations. Very nice room. Breakfast. There was also confusion caused by employees giving conflicting information regarding policy in separate conversations. The employee who knew the correct policy was condescending. There is a better way to deal with customers than attempt to “preach”.
