The attention of the staff, all excellent, always attentive to what you may need, is also very comfortable and the room they always give me is clean and cozy. I think only pillows could be better.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was better than average. The bathroom workmanship was sub par. Poor caulikning and grout was very poorly done.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, all you need. The fact that the hotel had had a deep clean and the smell of chemicals in the corridors and lifts was awful. The room was not serviced each day; on the other days, only one bed was made, and we had to request towels to be changed.

The breakfast was sufficient. The room and location were really nice. I don’t usually sleep well in a room but I slept like a baby. We actually would have stayed an extra day if time had permitted. The pool was warm and clean My husband said he would have liked a bigger breakfast selection

Staff was good, property was in semi-rough shape, we had 2 nights where we saw roaches in the bathroom, not the cleanest/nicest place. Definitely will not stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet breakfast was just ok.

Our experience at the hotel was not very pleasant; upon arriving at night, we encountered several issues—such as a clogged sink, unpleasant odors in both the hotel and the room, and dust-covered ceiling fans that triggered an allergic reaction in my daughter. We also found small cockroaches in the room and the bathtub. As a parent, my goal is to provide my family with a comfortable, pleasant place to rest—especially since our return trip to Texas depended on getting that rest—but due to these problems, we were unable to rest as we had hoped. Thanks to the arrival of the manager, Delia—who was very kind and professional—we were helped with the situation from the previous night.
