Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Myers I-75

Things falling apart in the room, broken mirror, running toilet, sink wouldn’t drain, that was so soft. It felt like you were gonna fall through the floor.

It was very clean until I went into the bathroom and the tub was still filled with water and the water was dirty. The bed was super comfy though.

However, when I got to the room it was after 8 pm and the room was not walk/ride in but rather a tub. In the morning while trying to shower I fell in the tub I hit my head and bruised my arm and hip. I have contacted a lawyer and I’m awaiting a response

The AC in bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. Bed was not very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very slim pickings. Elevator very slow.

The staff was the ONLY highlight of this location. The condition in which the hotel is in is atrocious! Upon check in, they had to move us two times as the first two were flooded. The third room was not much better. While it was not flooded, the room was rancid with the smell of mold. The curtains were torn to shreds, the light fixtures were rusting and there were stains all over the walls. The shower in the room looked like it had been coated in either blood or red dye and just spray painted over. The cherry on top was after trying to swallow all of these negatives and make the most of a bad experience, our daughter was given rotten apple juice during the breakfast next morning.

The staff was great ever since the moment of checking in to the check out, great location and amenities were all great 👍 thumbs up for everyone and kudos to everyone

The jacuzzi was taped off and not open for use. The place needs some attention and TLC. But staff was polite!

The two ladies who took care of the breakfast bar area were excellent and kept everything immaculate, constantly cleaning up any crumbs or other things. The breakfast bar offerings were very limited, but will say that the sausage gravy was very good. The morning desk clerk. Was very nice and did a great job. Convenient location.
