Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Myers I-75

Bad rooms were not clean hair on floor in bathtub. TV Remote barely worked sticky..

The person in the front desk said me that the hotel are in remodelation, but you don’t permitted the humid and dirty in the room.

Location I like it all

Shower was horrible. Refrigerator did not work. Too tired ro argue or fight. Will never stay there again.

The staff was pleasent. Breakfast was okay. Location to the 75 was good. Really run down, security door never locked, had an odor, when the ac was on, it shook the bed. I felt like it was expensive for what was offered.

My room smelled musty and felt damp. After looking around the metal in the lamp shades was rusting and staining the shade. The curtains were torn. There were stains through the room and hallways from water damage. The shower curtain rod was falling. The tub was painted and chipping. I ended up buying air fresheners and damp rid. The side security door was broke and anyone could just walk in. There is a sign in the room talking about a 250 charge for smoking or vaping in the room. However. Just outside the security door was an ashtray that reeked. The ice machine area looked dirty and a my few can sat on top of it for 3 days. While in my room on Wednesday. Now I was there since Monday. Maintenance tried to get in. When I opened the door he was surprised and said his list showed this room was empty. Thursday they cleaned my room l, took all the towels and made the bed. But never left new towels. Breakfast is basic. Scrambled eggs sausage, gravy, and biscuit toast muffins cereal. The toaster squeaks so loud you can hear it in the main lobby. Now Thursday is when I realized that the upper floors were being worked on and maybe they are actually cleaning this place up. This travel was for work and I will stay at a different place next trip

We booked because the pool but pool was inaccessible then moved rooms mold mildew smelly stinky staff just basically deal with it can’t get a refund

Things falling apart in the room, broken mirror, running toilet, sink wouldn’t drain, that was so soft. It felt like you were gonna fall through the floor.

It was very clean until I went into the bathroom and the tub was still filled with water and the water was dirty. The bed was super comfy though.

However, when I got to the room it was after 8 pm and the room was not walk/ride in but rather a tub. In the morning while trying to shower I fell in the tub I hit my head and bruised my arm and hip. I have contacted a lawyer and I’m awaiting a response

The AC in bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. Bed was not very comfortable. Continental breakfast was very slim pickings. Elevator very slow.

The staff was the ONLY highlight of this location. The condition in which the hotel is in is atrocious! Upon check in, they had to move us two times as the first two were flooded. The third room was not much better. While it was not flooded, the room was rancid with the smell of mold. The curtains were torn to shreds, the light fixtures were rusting and there were stains all over the walls. The shower in the room looked like it had been coated in either blood or red dye and just spray painted over. The cherry on top was after trying to swallow all of these negatives and make the most of a bad experience, our daughter was given rotten apple juice during the breakfast next morning.

The staff was great ever since the moment of checking in to the check out, great location and amenities were all great 👍 thumbs up for everyone and kudos to everyone

The jacuzzi was taped off and not open for use. The place needs some attention and TLC. But staff was polite!
