Staff super nice, beds comfy, the rooms are so comfortable super homie. Just wished the fridge was balanced and the Ice Machine on 4th floor wasn’t working, but overall all had a good stay. Front desk was awesome

Overall the hotel needs a little TLC. The carpet is worn out and most of the furniture is showing some wear and tear which gives the impression of being a little dirty. The place was clean but it could use a little freshen up. On the flip side, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was THE BEST I've had compared to all of the hotels I've stayed in. The location was fantastic for my needs but I wouldn't return prior to a remodel.

The breakfast was outstanding far better than what I’ve experienced at other highly rated hotels in the area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the staff continuously replenished everything so guests could enjoy all the choices available. Complimentary beverages were also included, which was a great bonus. The hotel feels modern and well maintained. Unlike many hotels that still have old bathtubs showing signs of age and wear, this property features a comfortable walk-in shower. Everything was clean, spacious, and appeared recently renovated. Many hotels I’ve visited still feel stuck in the same style they had 30 years ago, but this one feels fresh and updated throughout. This is an excellent option, especially considering the price-to-quality ratio, which is very good. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed at for work in Fort Myers, and I can confidently say it has been the best one. It will definitely be my first choice the next time I visit the area. There was a towel with a hole in it in the bathroom, and the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. I think adding an air freshener after cleaning would make the space feel more welcoming. Other than that, the place was quite nice.
