The staff is amazing. The room is spacious and very comfortable. There is a fully equiped kitchen. The AC is great. We really enjoyed our stay there. Just a lottle con: There is just an outdoor pool (it was rainy when we wanted to go..) and you can't open the windows in the room.

Everything! The manager even came and greeted us. He was very friendly and the receptionist was extremely helpful. Nothing. I would definitely go back!

Spacious and comfortable beds Staff were all nice and accommodating Breakfast was typical for a hotel but lacked in variety. We were there for 5 days and had sausage everyday, would have liked to see bacon. Pool was clean but very warm, almost felt heated which is not good in the heat of Florida summer.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The salt water pool was relaxing, the fitness center was adequate, and the breakfast was kept fresh. The one thing that weren’t up to par was I booked 2 rooms and they didn’t have them on the same floor, one was on the first floor and the other on the fifth floor. So much for keeping the family together…it would have been great to have conjoined rooms, especially since it was a family vacation. Also the last night/morning we were there, one of the elevators was out of service which made for long waits. Overall the stay was great, you could tell that they had recently done some updates to the building.

The lady that checked us in on July 3rd around 530 pm ish was phenomenal. She was so amazing. She answered our questions & even gave us recommendations on where to go to see fireworks!!! I will most definitely book there again because of her positivity, willingness, and helpfulness. Please give her a shout out from The Kinser’s in Missouri!!! She deserves recognition!!
