Late night parking issues with tow trucks got a bit loud. Pool could be open to adults an hour later. Overall, we had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay with friends at the Hutchinson Island Hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to the beach. We also loved hanging out on the dock and on our balcony.

We stayed one night and in 1 night.I didn't find anything wrong. It's a beautiful place , it's got a dock in the back right on the water. It's got a pull and a jacuzzi , really nice place

Loved the location, historical type building, old school hotel, very clean and excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Will be staying again when I'm down in Ft. Pierce/Hutchinson Island.
-
Excellent location.Private fishing pier and small beach area is nice and pool is perfect to enjoy.

Right on the water Small private beach with a nice little dock area. Walking distance to some great hangout bar and restaurant. My husband and I had a great time for a short weekend.

The hotel is a little outdated and the room kind of had a stale smell to it I'm assuming from the AC but the staff and property are excellent. For the price you can't beat the location I would stay there again.

10/10 fishing dock open 24/7. Nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to other beaches. We saw manatee and crabs and starfish. Was magical

Left shortly after checking in because first and second room that we were provide had broken beds rendering them useless. Providing a useable bed is the bare minimum for a hotel and that wasn't met. Management refused to return our payment for the reservation. The hotel acknowledge the beds were broken, but expected us to stay, then refused to respond to Expedia's request for a refund. An overall lack of concern for guest comfort and poor customer service.

I loved the check-in staff at the hotel they were so friendly. As were the maids that passed us in the corridors. They always said hello. Breakfast was okay. The small private beach area was a nice little touch out the back. I wasn't very bust when I was there but imagine it could get crowded if more than 10 people are on it. there were about 5 chairs which was enough for me as there was only 2 of us. I didn't use the pool area as there were a few people there and I have an entire beach to myself so it was a no brainer. Would stay again if I'm in the area again for sure!

The rooms all have balconies, so while all rooms can't directly face the very wide section of the inlet, each room can be a full view of the inlet from each balcony depending on which side of the building your room is facing. There are a number of room sq footage sizes, so be happy with your choice ahead of booking to make sure you are happy at checkin. In the maintenance area, Chuck, the top hand here, is a caring and patient fellow with an experienced and knowledgeable history at this property. The prices are mostly similar to common chain midrises that are conveniently located, for road warriors, next to I-95 or the Florida turnpike, but whose views are largely either a pool, the other chain hotels surrounding yours, or parking lots with either that nearby highway, or another hotel, on the other side of the parking lot. So let's see, would I rather walk out and have a beverage on my balcony overlooking the expanse of the Fort Pierce long Inlet, and take my breakfast buffet loaded plate to the dock and sit, watching fish feed around me, children play in the clean, calm and shallow salt ocean water that refreshes itself twice a day with each tide. Versus what at the chain hotels? No contest. 3-4 minutes to the bridge to route 1.

On the beach

Online the pictures look perfect but it is not perfect even you get there, definitely not a resort for having a resort fee for a small pool of nd small deck for fishing. Very small pool, mattresses are size for camper and not queen size. A lot of mosquitoes I came back home itching everywhere for sitting by the deck for few hours. Breakfast is not up to stander as I have been to a lot of Hotels that offer free breakfast and it was décents and varieties of items. I have pictures as well.

The dock extending into the inlet is just great. The pool and beach are nice. The breakfast is wonderful and the room was also nice, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. Out of some options. No washcloths or hand towels first three days out of five. Thin walls very noisy.
