Hutchinson Island Hotel

Very poor

The accessibility to pier. There is ZERO security. This hotel is supposed to be for guests only. It is not enforced. There are cameras that obviously are not being monitored. The front desk overcharged my credit card by 3 times a one night stay. When questioned, I was told "we are passed that conversation". Incredibly rude and a training session is needed. The room was dirty. Behind the bed was a flea infestation and filthy. I ended up with bites over my entire body. We were put into a "suite" on the first night and told we needed to switch rooms for the remainder of our stay. The room was hardly a suite. There was nothing special (cups, plates etc.) that was different than a standard room. If someone is under doctor's care this is not the place to relax. We watched a fight and cops from our balcony. Uneasy feeling.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was highly overrated. We don't usually give a bad review to a place. People need to be aware of how they are being taken advantage of! We made reservations for one night for a certain price. Got there and the room we booked wasn't facing the water as booked. Spoke with manager and she changed it and told us it was the best room no additional cost. New one facing water and directly above the pool. We were charged $15 for convenience of parking (there weren't many guests there) and were told to wear wrist bands at pool and along beach & boardwalk and that only guests were allowed at the pool. We were also charged for beach access and towels. We witnessed 4 young girls arrive in their vehicle, enter the pool, and swim were loud and left after 45 minutes. Later another group of 4 young people with 2 children arrived to swim that weren't guests. They played extremely loud music, and very noisy. We watched them rolling joints and smoking them at pool (have photos), they stayed for about for 2 hours. Called front desk to advise of the situation and after about 45 mins front desk employee came out, saw people in pool looked away, saying nothing to them, looked up at our room and left, never getting back to us. When we paid the bill, it was higher than what we originally told. Additionally, the hot tub didn't work and after checking reviews, it hadn't worked in 6 months, we were told parts were in mail. A 2 rating is more than generous!

El hotel en general esta bien ,la limpieza y la atención un 10.Pero la cama ,el colchón muy duro y viejo ,nos fuimos una noche antes porque no podíamos dormir. El yakuzi rotó y la piscina no muy limpia.

Great location. Coffee and basic breakfast. Drinks amd snacks available. Friendly amd helpful staff. Parking fee was a surprise. Chemical smell (likely disinfectant). Cheap flooring that was curling up.

There was mold in the shower. There were visitors that showed up at the beach area and wandered to the pool area openly drinking from the bottle until intoxicated. A couple with children opted to leave the pool area. There’s not really any type of security from the public road to access to all the property. I just can’t recommend as a place to stay.

Clean room, very nice staff. Breakfast wasn't worth it, even free. Lots of drunken drama at 2-4am one of the nights but the hotel got them out lol.

LA gave a three star on the amenities because the pub was not working and it was the primary reason why I picked this place but they were very accommodating

Breakfast is always amazing, the fishing pier and little beach area we need to do better about those PILLOWS! uncomfortable

Pagué una habitación de $155 con vista supuestamente al mar según la reserva y me dieron una habitación con vista a dos palmeras Hotel con peste a humedad Super mal. No lo recomiendo extremadamente caro $155. Una noche para una basura de Hotel. No volvería a ir aquí jamás en la vida y no recomiendo que nadie vaya el baño. El Toilet estaba hasta sucio por Dios, un asco reservé una noche y a las tres horas me fui del Hotel
