The Royal Inn Beach Hotel Hutchinson Island

The hotel is definitely need of some renovations. The room was nice size but our room had a bath tub that leaked. The floor was coming and the room had a mildew smell. The elevator worked so that was nice.

Daily housekeeping which was nice . Great location for walking to five different drink/food establishments . Huge beautiful beach right across the street .

This place is really over rated on here and you had to wall 2 blocks to the bar for them you can not see the beach from the room it's way across the street and the there's trees block the view not the hotel is only got like 5 rooms on each floor and it 3 floors it's a old hotel and needs a update there's nothing around it empty lots.

Conveniently located close to beach and restaurants which is nice. Older hotel that could use some TLC but fine for 1 night.

Plumbing was backed up in first room. By the second night of our stay, the plumbing backed up and we could not use restroom. There was mold on curtains. Horrible water pressure. Sorry, but was not impressed at all.

Great location ! The room was very clean. It’s an older hotel but well taking care of. We would stay again.

Don’t waste money on ocean view. Maybe an inch after parking lot, road, then more buildings can be seen. Walking distance was good. Must cross busy road. Bathtub had not been clean. Still had dirt in it. Older hotel so do not expect much.

They kept wanting for me to pay $16.50 for resort fees when the hotel is not a resort and the receipt stated taxes and fees included. The toilet seat and the tub were really trashed. I have pics.

mi estancia fue del 9 al 12 de agosto 2026,una cosa es la reseña que se lee y otra es la realidad ,estaba en la habitacion 307 ,las cortinas churriosas y la parte mas asqueroa la de la cortina y mas sucia es donde esta el aire acondicionado aquello hay que botarlo, ,cucarachas grandes en la habitacion ,al lado de la puerta de entrada a la oficina hay un cesto pequeño de basura fui a botar basura alli estaba lleno ,rebosandose y al quitar la tapa las cucarachas empezaron a salir ,el tanque verde de basura que esta detras y debajo por la entrada al laudry lleno al tope y varios dias que no lo recogian ,durante toda mi estancia estubo desbordado , la piscina sucia ,churriosa ,y para colmo los carros parquean en la calle por el costado ,entran por la rejita ,se meten en la piscina como esten y cuando sale un residende ellos corren y salen y se van ,

We paid for an "Ocean View" but we could barely see the ocean through a gap in the trees. Not hardly worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the parking was easy.

It was like a nice older Florida hotel. The staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was that the elevator was out of order. I had a good visit. The location is awesome!

The staff was great. The beach is walking distance.
