Clean room staff ok parking ok the amenities was ok but can use more of having coffee maker for those who like to have when waking up..since no breakfast is There..are we done with having telephone in rooms just FYI. I like traveling and find that this place is in my budget some rooms I have been are worth it ..and I had one experience with having a room with someone already in it..wow ..and some rooms can be updated with better working amenities like the mini refrigerator.had experience with wasn't working properly because the freezer had ice frozen..so made it not cool enough to have frozen food ..or cold water bottles..A room with bathroom wall vents that are not hanging off i had experience with or a vent without its cover or rusted....and have to have no coffee cups in the room that doesn't have a coffee maker I mean clear plastic cups for drinking.... any cups are good to drink with ..most rooms has clear cups..so as u see here my rooms for the price counts and mattter . So .having better service and better staff experience and room attendant should report anything need fixed ..better pillows soft or firm. Routine maintenance. Every three months inspection..other than that this girl likes coffe....wants her coffee in the morning...Just hope when I come back I be there..clean rooms and amenities...thanks outta town traveler... its a great place to stay..anything with value is worth well appreciated....

Clean and quiet place to stay

Room was kind of dingy but mostly clean, super sketchy area, someone drugged out was outside hollering all night. You can hear every single car that drives by. Other than that, good location and you get what you pay for.

The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.

Had a mix up with the rooms I reserved but the staff fixed it for me with no issues, great customer service. Room was very clean, property was in good condition.

The laundry service was the best thing goin for the place. The staff sucked. The people who ran the place where super rude. Its says on the front window, chdck in time... 2:00pm. They made me wait until after 3 even though id booked in advance. I wont be staying there again they have bugs too.
