Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

There was black mold on the ceiling by the bathroom. In the middle of the night we ran across 3 huge German roaches. Over 4 inches long we had to kill. Freaked my children out. When I told front desk they just said "you prepaid so there is nothing we can do" There was supposed to be a breakfast buffet that I was willing to pay for but it was not available. Only an over priced menu with old coffee staff was great. Also a bar with no liquor license. This is not what I paid 260$ for at all.

Ice machine was broken on our floor

For a high price miles off of I 40 I expected a free breakfast - nope it was $17 for a continental breakfast. And more than one tiny bottle of shampoo for the two of us - how about two? And no refrigerator in the room. The icemaker on our floor didn't work. All that made it a very overpriced hotel for travelers on I 40.

Place is falling apart. Very bad smell in the room. Very not worth what it cost

The only saving grace for the property is the staff. They were so welcoming and always greeted us with a hello. There is a moisture and humidity issue throughout this hotel. You walk in and can feel it. When we got to our room, everything looked ok. It’s an older facility and there was evidence of prior water damage and wear and tear, but it seemed ok. By the next morning mold was found actively growing around the air vent in our room which tells me there is an issue in the HVAC system. We immediately checked out early.

The staff was incredibly nice, was p and when they didn't have the size room we had booked or the next one up they gave us they next biggest one at no extra cost. Our whole experience was great. That there are no smoking rooms

Ben and the other staff were nice. Checked in 215. We walked in and the musky smell was overbearing , Dead crickets in the floor, hair in bathtub, bathtub water would not turn off, wallpaper was peeling and hanging down exposing black mold, chair was extremely stained and dirty. Called desk and told them it was unacceptable. They tried to tell us that it must not have been cleaned yet. They finally moved us to 305. It was better but a/c wouldn't stay on. We sweated all night. So no, not a good stay. I booked a month early and paid over $320. Last time was awesome. This time was extremely disappointing.

Parking sucks. For a Wyndham they should have a fridge or a microwave. Besides that nice place. Ill stay again.

I’ve stayed at this location several times and this time by far was the worst!!! Drunk people everywhere, trash everywhere. There wasn’t enough towels in my rooms. Mildred smell thru out the hotel.

The front desk people were incredibly nice, kind, welcoming and helpful. Everything was damp. There was mold in some rooms of others who were staying with us. The corners of our room abs bathroom were very dirty. The amenities list laundry, but there’s no laundry. Parking is a disaster. There are probably 20 spots for the entire hotel.

Location was good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast - cold eggs and burned bacon. Gravy was like water. Biscuits cold and hard.

Olivia was amazing! She and your breakfast staff made our stay wonderful. We would stay again because of them!

Clean room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Waffles were great! Had a very comfortable stay.

House keeping was no. Existent. Which made me have to by coffee they chafed for all the amities.

Purchasing a soft drink from the front desk is cheaper than the machine

Had to move rooms a few times. 1st room was full of cigarette smoke smell badly, 2nd room was so moldy and smelled so bad of mold. They did upgrade me to a suite and the staff is super nice. Just was stressful after driving for many hours across county and just wanted to rest
