Four Points by Sheraton Fort Worth North

The room was clean. I just wish they wouldn’t use fragrances on there bedding. It’s really too strong especially for those who have respiratory issues. They could leave more then two of bath towels and wash cloths, especially when they do not come into the room but every other day. Breakfast was not on time it sometimes didn’t start until 6:40 or 6:45.

Great property overall. Front desk failed to deliver bedding items we requested with zero follow up. Room was not cleaned during our second day there.

Hotel Noir exceeded my expectations! The location was amazing. The size of the rooms were bigger than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton from September 5,2026 through September 7, 2026. When I arrived on September 5th, there was blood on the side of the toilet and on the bathroom floor. I reported it, but nothing was done. I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning it myself, which is unacceptable. On September 6th, I again asked the front desk to have the room cleaned. I was gone all day and came back late to find no cleaning and no fresh towels. When I asked for help, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. This was not hospitality. It was a health risk and a service failure. I expect a full refund.

Amazing hotel at such a reasonable price

My stay was great! Staff was very nice hotel was very clean and cozy, and breakfast was good! Everyone especially Latai went above and beyond to make sure my stay was satisfactory! Will definitely be back!

Got a reservation to this hotel on Expedia. We had a family emergency and I was driving from eight hours away, but my son needed a place to wait until I got to the hotel. He is 19 years old and despite me paying in advance and speaking to the hotel manager, they refused to allow him to check into the hotel while I drove there. Additionally, they refused to give me a refund or credit for a different stay. As a result, I had to make a second reservation to a different hotel that was courteous enough to allow me to have my son wait until I got there. Nonetheless, I had to pay for two hotels for a single night.

Great Staff. Clean room. Easy access. Favorite place to stay in Fort Worth. Will always stay here when we are in town. Only issue was my Bonvoy points didn’t get added to my account. Not sure if that’s a location issue or booking.
