Staff I contact the property to ask about check in early. I had made a same day reservation due to moving from another hotel that was not to part in anything. Ms Nora politely answered every question that I had and was very inviting and reassuring that I would have no issues when I came in. I walked in she greeted me with no hesitation or rudeness, she was very polite and as in her phone call very reassuring, got me checked in quickly and informed me of everything that the hotel offered, always with respect and a smile. I was here from Friday - Sunday and not once did I feel uncomfortable. I will make sure that this will be my top hotel to check in no matter where I decide to visit. Thank you Ms Nora and all the staff!
