Housekeeping did not leave new towels. They ended up doing a $600 hold instead of $100 like they said and didnt tell me until I saw my bank and I had to call and ask. Gym area was nice and clean. Lime/lemon water in lobby which was nice! Overall it was a ok stay.

Great hotel near the airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Nice clean room and very new all around . The staff is very friendly and helpful. If ever in Dallas I would stay here again.

Great location and high value. They also allowed for late checkout which was helpful given our flight schedule.

El personal de translado al aeropuerto tiene mala actitud y mal forma de servicio al cliente ( esto solo fue el de reporto al aeropuerto ) desconozco el nombre del señor pero si reconocer que solo fue el . Todo lo demás fue muy bueno
