Clean room and the staff was great

The used towels were not replaced with new ones on the 1st night

Best bartender Sanchez, great drinks.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was ample and fresh and parking was free and available

Multiple plugs in the room were not working which made charging devices difficult.

Always is nice and clean. And people are very helpful and friendly!

The shower wouldn’t get hot and no pressure all the soaps were empty, the remote wouldn’t work, no water’s available onsite, gym door was broken, no towels at pool, breakfast was cold!!!

Room was clean and larger than expected

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the metroplex. The hotel was literally across the street from the hospital that we were going to, but other than that it failed on all accounts!

I checked in around 11:30pm and by 1am, the couple in the room next to me were arguing LOUDLY. By 2am, I called the front desk to advise them of this. He misunderstood which room the report was related to therefore, nothing happened and the arguing continued. I called again around 2:30am because I was extremely tired, but could not sleep due to the loud arguing next door. The front desk finally called the couple and although they continued to argue, they lowered the volume, but I could still hear them. I asked for an extended checkout time, and the guy at the front desk gave me an extra hour...just one hour. Needless to say, I don't feel rested.

So glad we paid less than that. By paying online ahead of time it was standard continental hotel breakfast. They did have ingredients for mimosa though

We made our reservation that morning and arrived a little after 8:00 PM. Check-in was quick, but when we got to our room, the door was partially open and someone was inside. We initially thought the room had been assigned by mistake, but it turned out it was still being cleaned. The front desk associate apologized and contacted housekeeping. Shortly afterward, we were told the room was ready. However, we still found toothpaste in the sink, leftover towels from the previous guests, and a child’s handprint on one of the mirrors. Since we had been driving for over five hours and were exhausted, we decided not to complain. I don’t blame the housekeeping employee, but I do think management should do a better job inspecting rooms before assigning them to guests. One thing future guests should know is that this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping automatically. We didn’t request the service, so our towels were not replaced and the trash was not emptied the next day. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, be sure to request it.

First of all, way overpriced! I paid almost double than they would have charged me for a walk up. The property was dirty with trash setting overnight in the hallway. Carpet looks like is hadn't been swept in days. The shower door thing is a joke...opening only opposite of the valve so you better be ready to get wet when you turn it on. The bathroom door would not stay open and closed no matter what. Supplied with only 2 flimsy overused towels and wash clothes. No water in room and the ice machine was out of order. Bed was not comfortable.

Great stay! Room was large! Hotel staff welcoming

The staff was friendly and the daily room service was very good. We came in at check-in time and were told our room wasn’t ready, so we signed the check-in paperwork and left for an appointment. When we returned, we were told that they did not have a king room, but only a queen room. We took it. The room itself was clean, but the bathtub was in bad shape and the toilet seat was broken. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room as had been advertised. The breakfast, which we had paid for when booking, required us to check in at the register, it looked like we were going to be charged (they had already placed a $50 hold on my credit card), and asked for a tip up front. In over an hours time, the scrambled eggs and bacon were never replenished, so we just gave up. The whole breakfast thing and wondering if I was going to be charged extra, in addition to the check-in experience, were very disappointing. I will certainly never stay here again.
