Great job

Had to pay for breakfast and when checking in they told us they give us free breakfast and then changed our room

Coffee was hard to come by

It was at a great location. We were able to get to and from where we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We made our reservation that morning and arrived a little after 8:00 PM. Check-in was quick, but when we got to our room, the door was partially open and someone was inside. We initially thought the room had been assigned by mistake, but it turned out it was still being cleaned. The front desk associate apologized and contacted housekeeping. Shortly afterward, we were told the room was ready. However, we still found toothpaste in the sink, leftover towels from the previous guests, and a child’s handprint on one of the mirrors. Since we had been driving for over five hours and were exhausted, we decided not to complain. I don’t blame the housekeeping employee, but I do think management should do a better job inspecting rooms before assigning them to guests. One thing future guests should know is that this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping automatically. We didn’t request the service, so our towels were not replaced and the trash was not emptied the next day. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, be sure to request it.

It's very nice & clean! Some of the staff were unprofessional. One was rude. Not to me but to another customer.

First of all, way overpriced! I paid almost double than they would have charged me for a walk up. The property was dirty with trash setting overnight in the hallway. Carpet looks like is hadn't been swept in days. The shower door thing is a joke...opening only opposite of the valve so you better be ready to get wet when you turn it on. The bathroom door would not stay open and closed no matter what. Supplied with only 2 flimsy overused towels and wash clothes. No water in room and the ice machine was out of order. Bed was not comfortable.

Great stay! Room was large! Hotel staff welcoming

The staff was friendly and the daily room service was very good. We came in at check-in time and were told our room wasn’t ready, so we signed the check-in paperwork and left for an appointment. When we returned, we were told that they did not have a king room, but only a queen room. We took it. The room itself was clean, but the bathtub was in bad shape and the toilet seat was broken. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room as had been advertised. The breakfast, which we had paid for when booking, required us to check in at the register, it looked like we were going to be charged (they had already placed a $50 hold on my credit card), and asked for a tip up front. In over an hours time, the scrambled eggs and bacon were never replenished, so we just gave up. The whole breakfast thing and wondering if I was going to be charged extra, in addition to the check-in experience, were very disappointing. I will certainly never stay here again.

The facities were good We were overcharged, getting the refund and the communication with the staff was difficult

My kids liked the outdoor pool and the A/C worked good The first room we were given was the wrong room and was dirty. It had dirty q-tips on top of the bed frame and just crumbs and stuff everywhere plus the floor was not vacuumed. The second room we got which was the coreect room finally after we were given the wrong one was cleaner but some soaps were empty which is strange. I used to clean rooms and that was always a big must to check the soaps! I didn't like the extra $50 deposit thrown at me after I already booked and paid for room on booking.com and felt like it was a little scamish. There also is no washer And dryer for public. Lots of creepy men walking around staring at my daughters like walking past them starring 10 times is very obvious! Also had to wait 10 min for our room because it wasn't cleaned when we were already 3 hours late checking in and then the room was the wrong one and not even clean!!!

Great staff, highly recommend if you are going to be in the fort worth area.

Do NOT stay here. I arrived at 12:15 AM only to find out that they had given away my room that I had reserved and paid for the day before. I even confirmed my room the night before. I even witnessed the night manager calling another guest, who was on her way to the hotel… Driving… At 1 AM… And informed her that her room was also no longer. I don’t know what’s up with this hotel but I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again simply because of this experience. I was stranded until 3 AM in another city trying to find another hotel room. I’m going to let everybody know that I can. And I have a very loud mouth.
