A beautiful hotel! Very clean inside and out. Excellent security for tenants safety. Spacious room with a convenient kitchenette! Full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets for medical device. Friendly staff; Wade is just great! Ample parking, laundry facility is nice for long stay. Good location and quiet. Easy driving to many shops and restaurants. Everything was great but I forgot to bring own pots or pans but available to purchase.

Hotel was just ok. The room had just blinds on window with no curtains on slat was broken down the blinds allowed parking lot light in all night. Highway noise was noticeable from room at back of property. The guy at the desk had to reset the key machine twice to get one key programmed.

Location was good, not super busy area. Fridge didn’t work so all my leftovers had to be trashed, WiFi didn’t work due to storm days prior, there was no tv in the room I got. Bathroom was not clean. Had to sit in my car just to have phone service.
-
Good location Cheap beds, no blackout curtain over window, bathroom door didn’t shut due to settling, had to kill a roach crawling around on the floor near our luggage, bad smell in hallways and elevator.

Thankfully everything was okay. But the reviews are what got me. Thankfully we were able to check in and all that but their system was down so we did not get a card to the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner as mentioned from others. The bedsheets were not cleaned and the bed itself isn’t that comfortable. Overall it wasn’t bad but I just wouldn’t recommend it. Nice on the outside but not so nice inside. Definitely do your research!

I went by to see if I could get an early check-in, but they said I could not. I told them I had plans so it would be between 10pm and midnight before I could get back. I got back at 11pm and the front desk had a pull down door over it. The lobby had 7 people waiting to check-in and a sign stating to use a kiosk to check-in to your room. It didn't work, the phone to call for assistance didn't work, and nobody answered the phone number to call if you have any problems. Someone had gotten a hotel guest to find the on site manager and he showed up upset that he had to wait on us being the kiosk wasn't working. I got my room key and went to the room to find that it had not been cleaned, trash overflowing, and bed not made. I went back down to the lobby and told the manager and he put me in another room on a different floor. That room was okay but pictures on line made the hotel look a lot nicer. I should have known that the price was too good to be as nice as the reviews made it out to be.

Stay away from this place! You will be better off sleeping in your car. My room had cockroaches all over. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. I had no choice to move because all the hotels nearby were sold out for the NASCAR race. There were several of us complaining about the roaches and was told by the staff that ALL hotels have them and there is nothing more to do. They did hand us a can of raid to defend ourselves. Check in was horrible. About 8 of us were left waiting in the lobby trying to do late check in.. the number to ca did not work and the phone number on the website rang busy.

This is not my first time staying here in in the past it’s been fine but I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what but the place have definitely went down over the years I booked a 2 queen bed room 2 days ago when my husband came to check us yesterday the refrigerator wasn’t working and it smelled liked spoiled food in the room also someone took the tv. He went to inform the front desk and was told to give a couple hours for them to repair it or they would switch our room hours went by we went to check if it was fixed and it wasn’t I told someone at the front desk what was

Air Conditioner did not work

Be aware of the linen fee charged daily but no one communicated we could change out the linens daily. Kitchenette provided but you will need to provide ALL your own cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. The hallway on the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor had not been swept in a while and was not swept at all during the four days of our stay, The elevator had an unusual smell and on the 2nd day broke down anyway. There was also no WiFi. The front desk suggested we go to Walmart and purchase our own router. We will definitely NOT be staying here again.

we stayed here for nascar weekend and everything was going good until night 2 when we noticed bugs crawling around the rooms just a few though but we originally thought oh it’s just because we had food open in the room but they were STILL there the next day and we came back late one night from the race trying to get into the room none of key cards worked so we went downstairs but NOBODY was there to help us in the front desk. Multiple other people were in the lobby as well waiting to be checked in we did not get any help until 45mins later and he finally fixed our key then our AC went out so luckily we got moved to another room but there were more bugs in that room too! Overall not a great experience for us. Would not recommend unless you want no help and extra friends in your room.
