Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport

The breakfast staff wasn't helpful and were rude. The food was not good. The hallways smelled like vomit and mildew

We had a show in a nearby community that night and needed an early check in for at least one room so the band could get changed and dressed. We called days before. Were assured it was no problem. I'm an honors member too. Arrived and no rooms were ready and wasn't a request on their bookings from EXPEDIA stating they requested it either!!!! I have the screen shot of the rep telling me twice they did. Then after 30 minutes we were given a room. Went to breakfast the next morning, which the price is absurd being a member of their so called benefits club, paid $17 for a waffle. There was no bacon, just turkey sausage (which i find ironic considering a certain ethnicity runs this location who also doesn't eat or touch pork🙄 But we were told no bacon unless we wanted to order it off the menu (not the breakfast buffet) and it was made to order) I was some kind of pissed. Their staff was rude to boot. Will never stay at this location again, and debating to change brands all together!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. He changed my room without a problem.

I think they were having a/c issues. 3rd floor hallway specifically was very hot. Also you could visibly see was dripping by the elevators. Everyone was friendly except for one young lady who always seems like she doesn’t want to be there.

The room was clean but the sitting chair was stained and needed to be replaced.

A few staff were unfriendly and seemed not to really be welcoming or helpful. One at the bar and one desk clefk

Hotel needs an update and some routine maintenance badly… from carpets being billed and torn, to the pull out couch we had in our room looking like something we got from a garage sale. If it weren’t for the convenience of where it was, we would’ve gone to Southlake

No issues. This is a nice hotel in a great location.
