Amazing clean

I’ve stayed here before and always know it’s going to be clean. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and also the hangout area on second floor. The breakfast is good. The coffee bar is amazing! Fresh ground roasted beans for every cup! 👏👏The hotel is in a great location with food and gas close by.

The best hotel I stayed at in a while

We loved are stay at Atwell. From the moment we walked in till the time we departed the staff was wonderful always greeted with hello & told if we needed anything to let them know. The room was very clean as well as the beds. I have a cleaning service in Hochatown, Ok cleaning Airbnbs so cleanliness is a big deal to me. I always check the beds when I arrive at a hotel or anywhere I’m staying to make sure the sheets are clean & no bedbugs. This room was perfect sheets were clean & no bedbugs. Bathroom was clean & it was just great all the way around. I’d definitely stay here again & recommend to family & friends Nothing it was perfect!!

Nice, comfortable, and very clean

There is plenty of free parking. The property is clean. The suites are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Everyone greeted us with a smile. There were no clean towels available when we went to the pool. There were many options for breakfast; however, the juice machines did not have any juice available for our kids. There is only one set of washer and dryer for all guests.

It was very disappointing. Limited options and cleanliness was non existent. Floors were sticky and tables were dirty. Restroom toilet did not work properly. When reporting this to two different staff members no other options were given other then sorry and maintenance will be in at 8am, which was not true because it was a weekend and was informed maintenance is mon-Fri. Hair in the shower and food in the sink. Very disgusted by the filth.

Nats flying around all over in room 401. It was late so I ignored the issues. I went to go buy some food to bring back to the room and while I was washing my hands the nats had completely swarmed my food. I had to throw it away. So I called downstairs but no one was there. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of this. Finally at 6 am I went back downstairs to report this, they apologized and switched me rooms. I need a full refund. I have a video of the nats on my food. I’ll post a screenshot.

The room and property remained clean during my stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Easy check in, very clean and comfy room with nice amenities. Nice pool area too. And great air conditioning, which is vital during Texas summers. But the breakfast was kind of a disaster. We came down 40 minutes offer breakfast hours began. The juice machine was not giving juice - it was water. They had run out of pepper. The coffee creamers (individual ones) were old and clumpy. The pump creamer was watered down. Either someone didn’t show up, or someone was late, or someone needed to be fired. No pepper? There were a lot of problems and only lukewarm food. The hotel itself was great - just don’t count on breakfast.
