Clean and new. great staff

Checkin took almost 30 min and staff member named Marquis sat behind the counter playing on his phone while one employee checked in five people. Both treadmills were broken and I specifically chose this hotel bc of the gym. Our toilet leaked all over one of our travel bags, as well as the ac unit leaked puddles of water. The ac sucked and button panel was broken, the settings wouldn’t change and stayed on high the entire time so our room was freezing cold. Wth. I called the front desk reporting these things and the female acted clueless and no one came to fix anything. The floor was dirty also and needed to be mopped.

It was very clean, an easy checkin and close to restaurants, shopping and a theater.

Very clean,updated,and good sized rooms. We loved the 2nd floor lobby! It was a nice surprise. My kids were not happy with breakfast options. I found it odd that there wasn't a waffle or pancake maker. That would be my only recommendation. Please add this to your daily breakfast set up. The rest of the stay was great. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was absolutely wonderful.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and accommodating. We will be returning here when we visit the DFW.

It was very clean, and they were helpful at times. They did run out of clean towels. So we had to reuse, which is okay. Staff seemed to be a little helpful, we really didn’t use them much.

I am from Texas and stayed here because my A/C went out 😭 However the single night was wonderful! The rooms are large and very clean, bathroom is big too. We stayed with our pet as well and they are very accommodating for them because the floors are wood AND they have designated spots all around the hotel for dogs to use the bathroom at. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful with lots of options. The hotel itself is just very pretty too. Definitely recommend.

Everything from the lobby to the rooms and the outside grounds were great and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great ac, nice view to a creek in the back and easy access to freeway.

Room was slightly dirty with hair in multiple places in the bathroom.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I was injured from the bathroom door voluntarily opening. I cut my foot about an inch and a half deep, I should have gone in for stitches. All staff did was tell me "the bathroom door does that". My question is where is the sign stating that the door swings open if it isn't fully latched. Its a liability and my foot a week later still isn't healed and hurts like he'll. Signs should be posted. Also, rooms are advertised to have had tubs, my room only had a shower. After driving 15 hours to not have a tub was disappointing. The photo attatched is my foot a week after healing.
