The floor was not very clean, any repairs done were obvious and did not look good. Examples: the shared door between rooms didnt close flush with the frame, there was a weak spot in the wall in the bathroom). There was also very little decor, the room felt empty.

Smelled nice. Friendly staff. Good breakfast Bed is firmer than my preference. Elevator temporarily out

The first day our room was not cleaned (although we requested it to be cleaned daily) and we were not given any towels, we did not receive any additional hangers (although they were requested), there was a cockroach in our room and there was no hot water for two days. We checked out a day early and no one apologized, no manager came out to say something.

The staff was excellent when we checked in and very helpful when it came to using the amenities one of the bed side lamps would not work properly

Cause close my daughter and Tanger outlets. Cause things was operating correctly like phone and outlet in room and sofa bed horrible.

THe TV remote was insane.

The breakfast was great and the location was very convenient to our destination.
