Very clean and very quiet

Clean room, friendly staff, we enjoyed the night swimming and the jacuzzi outdoor and we watched the full moon. Beautiful surrounding!

The views are incredible! Front staff and cleaning crew are all extremely cordial and kind! Super comfortable beds and awesome sitting area in the balcony! Will stay here every time while in Fountain Hills!

Wonderful

The issues we dealt with were a noisy AC unit, which turned out to be from the unit below us. The second day, early in the morning, a crane showed up to replace the unit. We were never notified about this and didn't even have time to move our car. Once the crane left and work began, we decided to check out. The front desk would not refund our 3rd. night, so I had to call and talk to the GM, who eventually agreed to refund us the 3rd night. I guess all is well that ends well. Too bad it ended that way.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location was peaceful and perfect for a weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax.

Room could be updated- 80’s ish feel

i like the location of the property i didnt like that we couldnt sleep due to alot of flying. bugs and baby scorpions in the room and our tv stopped working around 8pm saying it had no connection

Private & stunning views Stairs- no alternative.

We love everything about staying here. The rooms are very spacious and the views from the patio/balcony are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. The other guests were loud when entering and leaving their rooms. It's not too bad when you are staying on the second floor, but when you are staying on the first floor, it sometimes feels like the guests above you are going to come right through the ceiling.
