Love this property!! And the staff was amazing. The rooms are like chalets with fireplaces and jetted tubs. There is nice restaurant with a patio and outdoor pool/hot tub with a fireplace there too! We liked it so much that we decided to stay another night and visit the Grand Canyon the next day. Robert helped us book and was very accommodating

Amazing place couldn’t fault it at all. Bed so comfortable views amazing and great golf course next door.

Best kept secret.

I spent a night. Check in was efficient and timely. The property is quiet and serene. The property is a little dated. It was fine for a night but probably would not stay more than a day or two. The bed and sofa were not that comfortable. There was a desk, but no power near it. There were not enough outlets or usb ports near bed for a modern traveler

The room was bigger than expected-very spacious with nice balcony even though it was too hot to us. There also was a very large soaking tub which was an unexpected amenity. The pool entrance which was down a steep little hill and then back up some stairs was very akward. It looked like there was a handicapp entrance. but it was awkwardly shuttled through the heart of the restaurant.

No ice the pool area was dirty the front desk staff not friendly but Jocyln at the bistro was fantastic

Beautiful property, comfortable bed, great views, didn't use pool, spa or restaurant. Missed wine tasting because the man that checked us in didn't alert us to it ending in 15 min so we unloaded the car then read about it. Close to many things.

The deluxe suite was very nice even though it was too hot to really enjoy the outdoor terrace. Some things are a bit outdated-some stains on bedroom rug-but overall a very nice space. Fountain Hills is a great place for a couple, lots of golf, decent restaurants.

My daughter and I stayed for the week and loved the accommodations. It’s quiet, clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful and the pool was actually refreshing even in the unrelenting heat. I’ll definitely be back.

The check in staff was excellent! Very friendly, welcoming, and cracking jokes. The room was clean, did not smell, and the view from the balcony was beautiful at both morning and night. Would recommend & will be staying here again!

Very helpful staff!

Property was beautiful, clean room/bathroom, friendly staff, nice clean pool with a nice view. Was charged twice for the deposit holding fee (was supposed to be $80 for two nights) got to the room and we had an AC leak water was all over the floor they couldn’t switch our rooms without downgrading and not knowing if we would be compensated for the price difference, and also since it is on a “mountain” lots of incline walking with stairs making handicap impossible to get anywhere.

Nothing not to like

We reserved a king suite, and the bed in the room was not a king sized bed. We have a king sized bed at home and know this was not the same size as our bed at home. When we asked the front desk about this, they told us it was a king sized bed- and were not very friendly when we inquired about why the bed was not this size. The staff were not very welcoming. The man who checked us in was very short when we asked questions. We attended the complimentary wine tasting and asked for recommendations and other questions about the property and received short answers there as well. The staff seemed annoyed that we asked them anything. We also didn’t receive the bottle of wine promised with our checkin- but instead random beers. As a dog friendly hotel- the accommodations for where dogs are allowed to use the bathroom is extremely minimal. There were two small spots and it was full of rocks, dirt and unknown plants. We traveled from another state where we don’t live in this climate, and our dog was scared to use the bathroom in the areas provided. Overall, it was clean and fine for one night, and the golf course on property was very nice, as well as the pool.
