Beds where comfortable, but the air conditioning unit in our room was so loud, my earplugs hardly drowned out the sound

The property was a perfect location for what we needed (Mayo Clinic). The first night there it took forever to get food. Several days they were without hot water. Our neighbors upstairs were very loud at all hours of the night and many mornings we had to get up early. The sink did not drain properly. The swimming pool/hot was locked because the lights had gone out. We do have to say Ali was the most accommodating. She listened to us and tried everything she could to help.

Room value Restaurant: paid 13$ for a very small toaster waffle! Really pathetic.

Great stay. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. Shuttle to the clinic was added bonus. There was no hot water but they let me know when I checked in and it was lukewarm which worked out fine

The bed was too soft, the bathtub didn’t drain well. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, can’t believe the maid didn’t smell it as well. I called the front desk and she offered to move us but didn’t know what the next room would be like and my husband has COPD and he didn’t feel like walking down the hall to another room. I opened the patio door and sprayed a little room freshener and that helped. We won’t stay here again.

My medical appointment was for 7:30am... too early for breakfast. By the time I got back to the hotel, it was too late, so I missed breakfast entirely. Luckily, I had an energy bar! The high point of my stay was a walk through the nearby nature park, established by Mayo, to the best Italian restaurant in town. I would have appreciated expanded breakfast hours. And free coffee! A bottle of water in the room would have been nice.

The location was so nice and secluded. The pool felt amazing and the food was delicious. The little gym came in handy as well. I have no dislikes. Everything went amazing

They also charge you $7 to park your car in a huge parking lot that had no more than a dozen cars in it.

The small balcony is nice but the air from the ac is hot blowing onto the balcony which does not make for an ideal relaxing seating area.

The rooms have NO drawers or shelves so you live out of suitcase sitting on the luggage stand or unit that hold the microwave and refrigerator. Poor location for finding new places to eat.

Location and staff Beds are too high off the ground

We had prepaid for the breakfast, but unfortunately, due to my daughters appointments at Mayo, were not able to enjoy. The location was perfect for her 7am cardiology visit. We were able to stay close by and not have to stress about the drive from East Mesa. The price for the room was good for what we needed the room for. The hotel overall seemed very warm. Not sure the air was working properly. We were able to keep our room cool-ish, but it did take a while to cool down. The room was not a clean as I would have liked. The bedside tables had not been wiped down and I'm not sure the floor had been mopped or swept. The bed was quite squeaky as well. There was also no faucet for a bath even though there was a bathtub - just showerheads, but we managed to get the tub filled so we could take a bath instead of just shower.

Service is always wonderful there and staff is always friendly
