The front desk attendant was a little rude upon arrival when we were surprised with a deposit request but otherwise, the property was clean and quiet! Room was nice and the bed was comfy

Overall stay was good. Many aspects were excellent. Our only complain is the AC had one setting which was great until it got too cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was not overly comfortable, shower had no pressure. Our sheets were scratchy but the front desk attendant was so very helpful getting new ones. There were no drawers for clothes and no luggage rack

Only negative comment on maintenance was the dirtiness and wear of hall carpets, which desperately need replacing.

Quiet location. Hair tie under cabinet in bathroom; hall carpet requires Cleaning or replacement. Swimming pool was well maintained; the Fitness room could’ve used more lighter hand weights, and a TV. The Fitness room elliptical was fantastic. If you’re staying there for the Mayo Clinic, make sure your appointment is not at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic location.
