They also charge you $7 to park your car in a huge parking lot that had no more than a dozen cars in it.

The small balcony is nice but the air from the ac is hot blowing onto the balcony which does not make for an ideal relaxing seating area.

We had prepaid for the breakfast, but unfortunately, due to my daughters appointments at Mayo, were not able to enjoy. The location was perfect for her 7am cardiology visit. We were able to stay close by and not have to stress about the drive from East Mesa. The price for the room was good for what we needed the room for. The hotel overall seemed very warm. Not sure the air was working properly. We were able to keep our room cool-ish, but it did take a while to cool down. The room was not a clean as I would have liked. The bedside tables had not been wiped down and I'm not sure the floor had been mopped or swept. The bed was quite squeaky as well. There was also no faucet for a bath even though there was a bathtub - just showerheads, but we managed to get the tub filled so we could take a bath instead of just shower.

Very convenient to Mayo (basically in the same parking lot). Clean, reasonable, good bed and AC (it was 107). AC was a little noisy and the Starbucks at front was only breakfast, but all good. Staff were great. I’ll stay again.

It was the wrong hotel ,after a day or so I could smell mould. This usually happens when the hotel doesn't clean the HVAC System.

I am not sure what was up with the front staff but very prejudice and discriminating. Did not get any sort of VIP access. Made me unwelcome but I couldn't change hotels last minute because my 1 year old was tired.
