I am not sure what was up with the front staff but very prejudice and discriminating. Did not get any sort of VIP access. Made me unwelcome but I couldn't change hotels last minute because my 1 year old was tired.

Clean updated rooms. Halls ways are a little dirty and outdated but different look when you walk into a room. It was quiet. Good location to Fountain Hills without Fountain Hills prices. Highly recommend.

The front desk attendant was a little rude upon arrival when we were surprised with a deposit request but otherwise, the property was clean and quiet! Room was nice and the bed was comfy

The water pressure for the shower along with no truly hot water. It was like warm at best.

Overall stay was good. Many aspects were excellent. Our only complain is the AC had one setting which was great until it got too cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was not overly comfortable, shower had no pressure. Our sheets were scratchy but the front desk attendant was so very helpful getting new ones. There were no drawers for clothes and no luggage rack
