Everything was excellent, the property was lovely.

The water parks were the great part about this day because you can go to three water parks.
-
The biggest issue, though, was the parking situation. For the first two nights, we were able to park close to our building without any problems. Then we received a text stating that parking was limited to designated spaces only. Unfortunately, there were no handicap-accessible parking spaces available near our building. I have a valid handicap placard, yet we were required to park all the way at the front of the property while staying in one of the last condos, making for a very long walk. I replied to the text explaining my accessibility needs, but no one responded or offered any accommodation. This was disappointing and concerning. Accessibility should be taken seriously, and the lack of handicap parking or response to a guest with a disability could present legal and ADA compliance concerns. Overall, the resort has a lot of positives, but management needs to address accessibility and parking for guests with disabilities.

Staff was friendly upon checking in! The home itself was beautiful! I would never book here again! Parking is on a first come first serve basis! We had to park in the parking lot by the office our entire stay! Our first night there involved police activity! Turns out someone reported someone with a gun in our building! Our building consists of 4 homes! 2 units upstairs 2 units downstairs! The police ended up knocking on each unit, the cops asked for the last for digits of our phone numbers and asked to do a search of the residence to make sure no one was being held hostage! Later we did see a female get arrested! So that was our first night stay! The other couple of nights around 3 and 4 a.m. people walk around the streets talking loud with no courtesy for people sleeping! I did let the staff know about the police incident and the male said he would let him s team know, then tue day I checked out I asked the other staff member if they were aware of the police incident and they said they were not aware of it nor did security mention it to them! Not sure of the purpose of security is for, they let anyone in!

We had the pleasure in spending three days in this wonderful property (townhomes) right across the street from the waterpark. They are all brand new, well equipped and peaceful for a great rest. Definitely recommend staying in this property. The game room in the garage was a plus for the kiddos

Perfect place to stay. Nice and clean.
-
We liked it.

From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Clean and organized. The house had everything you may need. From laundry unit inside to a full kitchen. Huge bonus was the water parks that we had access to. Definitely will be back.

The stay was everything and more, definitely will be back!

The townhouse was great, fully equipped with all essentials for our family. The water park inside the community was the best, toddler friendly.

Overall place I great , the only downside is the parking around your unit.

The Pros: Amazing AC: The air conditioning works too damn good, which is an absolute must in Florida. Great Accommodations: The units are very modern and the furniture is really nice. Huge Beds: The beds are absolutely massive! A family of four could literally sleep in one bed. Conveniences: They provide plenty of pool and unit towels so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. Amenities: You get access to three different water parks during your stay. The Cons: PARKING & WALKING!!! Be ready to walk. Walk a lot. My Apple Watch constantly asked me if I wanted to record an outdoor walk workout. Off-site Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is completely off-site at another resort (Reunion Resort & Golf Club), meaning you have to drive to it. We showed up on a Friday only to find out the buffet is weekends only. It would be really nice if this was actually noted on the brochures or check-in papers we received. Early Closures: The Reunion Waterpark closes at 5:00 PM!! You have been warned. Poor Communication - We walked all the way to the clubhouse pool only to be only to be turned away because it was closed for a private event.

Everything was great at the hotel. It was a very nice family stay. It was a tad bit confusing with all the QR codes for everything. Once you got a hang of that it was wonderful.
-
The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning would occasionally go in and out, especially after we left the condo. However, the staff was exceptional and responded promptly, coming out twice to address the issue. Fortunately, it did not significantly impact our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms, kitchen was amazing, all the water parks were great! H2O was fun! My kids loved it! They had an app you could order rides within the park for free , which was real nice! Front desk was super helpful, very patient and kind ! I did read reviews before I came, I can agree the parking situation probably wouldn’t be too favorable for some . One spot in front of my building. First come first serve . Or you park in the parking lot . For my family it was a short walk and we didn’t let it ruin our fun. This place was amazing and they were very good to us!

Spectrum is an amazing establishment now, 6/2026, but I fear it won't be for long. The management needs to do better with policing the crowds, parking, trash/ littering, 25 people on a space, and weed smoking 24/7-365. The unit we rented was clean, well appointed and new units coming will soon be available. I hope the clientele we witness this weekend was just our bad luck and Im wrong with my prediction.
