Spectrum Resort Villas Orlando and Waterparks

I like it so much

We enjoyed very much our stay, everything was perfect!

This property was very well maintained and clean. The only downside was the parking and pool hours.

We stayed on a first floor unit and the individuals staying above us kept us up every night, most nights until 1:30am. There was loud music, running around, and miserable for our family to try to sleep. We did call the front desk three times but nothing was done and the noise continued for 3 of our 4 nights.

We had a great stay at Spectrum Resorts. The villa was the perfect size for my family and had everything we needed for a trip with small children. The real perk was free admission into the facility and area water parks and pools so we could switch things up on down days we didn’t do Disney/Universal and still be entertained. I would highly recommend, everything was new and nicely kept.

Amazing place to staying I loved

The air conditioner stopped working Wednesday night and was not fixed until Thursday night after 1130 pm, the villa was extremely hot and uncomfortable for myself and family. The parking spots only by permit and very limited, when not available you had to park far from the villa.

It was nice and quiet,clean the staff was helpful the room was amazing the only thing one of the toilet was clog

Nice place, relatively new. The only thing is they need to open up more parking spaces otherwise its long walk to the parking lot.

The rooms are beautiful, the pool and amenities are superb. The staff were more than accommodating. Will stay with them again.

The room was great. Our room was not ready when we arrived eventhough we arrived after check in time. Amenities were great but the only thing right on this property was the swimming pool. Spectrum is in the Traditions community. Food, beverage and Water Parks were within the larger Traditions community not directly on The Spectrum property. This info was not clear from the website.

Property is super clean and spacious, the only problem is the noise coming from the 2nd floor.

Had a great stay! Staff was helpful, room was just what we needed.

The place is beautiful, the pass for the water park the best H2O water park 9/10
