My stay was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, and view from our balcony was awesome!

Excellent property, well maintained and clean, resort amenities are excellent. Reunion has been our choice of stay for many years…first stayed at this resort in 2007 and have returned many times since.

Staff members are amazing and pool and waterpark are top notch

I love how family friendly the resort is. Everyone was super helpful and informative. The townhouse was gorgeous and had everything we needed, my family felt comfortable and happy the entire time. We had an amazing view of the golf course and the Waterpark was a blast!

Check in was a little clunky. Lady at the desk wasn’t super helpful, basically tossed a map and some details at me and then had me wait until my CC for deposit came back with the other lady. When they came back with my CC they made a weird remark and the just booted me out the door. The property itself is incredible. Water park was cool, the staff there were delightful and helpful. Didn’t bring my clubs, but the golf course looked amazing as well. Traffic is rough getting to parks or attractions in Orlando, but it’s super nice.

Our condo wasn’t as clean as it have been in the past. One of the bedrooms smelled of urine which was very disappointing. The toaster in the kitchen didn’t work. The water pressure in the master shower was very poor and not useable. We had to shower in one of the other bathrooms.

The room was fantastic excellent space and a separate bathroom for each bedroom which made getting ready for the parks much more efficient…we cooked breakfast in the kitchen and dinners we ate at local restaurants which were plentiful and close by. The only complaint was the water park was closed so early every day that we only had a chance to go once out of the nine days there.

Clean and spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The beds and pillows need some work though they are not at all comfortable. The place is very spread out so thankfully we were able to get in the car to get to everything.

The 3 bedroom villa was gorgeous, tastefully decorated and well stocked with essentials. We traveled with a special needs child and appreciated the wide space and thoughtful layout and lighting. We loved the lazy river at the waterpark but found the slides and climbing structure overcrowded and unattended by a lifeguard so kids went down the slide two and three at a time. The seven eagles pool was clean and large and the hot tub temperature was perfect. The villas north pool was a bit small for my ten year old. It was more space than we needed but a very fun holiday weekend getaway.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff failed to give us all the information at check in and we had to go back to lobby to find out about facilities. Golf courses were amazing.

The 3 condos where we 2 families stayed was great. But we didn’t use any amenities.

Room were clean and spacious, front doors on apartments were dirty like can give you a really bad impression(building R North village), I had to walk 2 blocks to get rid of the garbage, elevator sucks (got stuck in it for 15 minutes), pools are far away and walking from and to parking lot too, not recommend to old people, maintenance guy was knocking on the door at 10am, even t ough I was set up x check out at noon

Would have been great to have shuttle service to the various pools. I saw people getting on and off a shuttle but don't know where they were staying cuz no shuttles went to where our suite was.

Received no information about the property, amenities, etc upon check in due to late evening check in. Blow dryer in one of the rooms stopped working. Did not like how far the parking lot is to the entrance of the water park. No information on trash disposal. Lock box does not work properly in the room and faced issues - long waiting time to get it fixed. They came to fix it twice and it still didn’t work properly.

Great views, spacious rooms, wonderful pools and water park. Shuttle service was great
