Proximity to Gillette This place was FILTHY. There was a full bloody hand print in the hallway. The shower curtain was gross. But the worst was when I got in bed and felt something weird only to find a ton of large rocky sand in the bed by my feet. That was the last straw. My daughter and I immediately got up, packed up, and ran out of there, making the choice to drive over 2 hours after midnight to get home. I have never experienced anything so vile in a hotel.

Very close to Gillette stadium with free parking. Free snacks and water in the room. The cost was $535 for a very basic ( yet clean) motel like hotel. No fitness center.

The distance to Gillette and staff was friendly! No Elevator…outlets in bathroom didnt work…sheets on one bed weren’t clean or they were just stained
-
Staff was friendly Hard floor and pillows were not supportive and there needed to be 2 per person

Because I would be leaving the hotel at 5:45, I asked if I had to check out at the front desk and was told that someone would be there. When I got to the desk it was unattended and got no answer on the service phone provided for when the desk is unattended. An employee came by about 5 minutes later and told me I was all set and that all I had to do is leave the keycard on the front desk and depart. While the delay was short, it would have been nice to know I could check out that way before that. One other issue I had was with Expedia. When I first made the reservation, it appeared to be confirmed, but I got an e-mail telling me there was an issue with my credit card. While I was working to fix that, I got a second e-mail telling me my reservation was confirmed, so I thought I was all set. However, when I got to the hotel I was told that my reservation had not been confirmed, that I could have lost my room and was fortunate that they still had a room at the price I had thought I had booked. I'm not sure what happened, but I am happy that I got a room for the night.

Main reason for staying was walking distance to Gillette Stadium. Some of the area of the hotel was updated. Showing the age of the hotel and would benefit from some more updates. Smelled dated and what they used to cover the smell was very strong. Breakfast was good.

My grandson and I stayed for one night after a Patriots game. Clean room, well unusually lit hallways and delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean. The staff as an average was a 3. Some were very nice and helpful but other staff was not motivated to interact with guests. Needed to shout to get their attention from the tv/radio blasting and no one at the counter. The room had no lamps, none. Only overhead lighting which were not helpful for reading in bed or if one person wanted to sleep and the other read. Also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. However, it's a good location if you want to go see the Patriots play. It's about a 15 min walk.
