Amazing stay! The hotel itself was pristine and the staff were so friendly and helpful. So convenient as well with all of the shops, restaurants, and activities right at Patriot Place. I hope we have an excuse to go again!

Random charges on my room

The hotel overbooked double queen rooms, so when I got there with my family, they said that we got a king room with a pull out couch instead of the 2 queen beds we reserved. So I had to make up my own bed (no top sheet and only a pilly worn out fleece as a blanket) and stayed on a 2”thick, old mattress where I felt the springs and bars all night. Nope, I wouldn’t rate $400+ per night to sleep on a pull out couch highly.

Hello, we enjoyed our stay and the place was beautiful, but the service at the bar was at best snail pace. The bartender was not attentive to anyone’s needs.

Perfect location! Smaller sized pool

Bar was empty and still slow service

Fantastic location for the England game in the World Cup They insisted on valet parking, even though the parking space is immediately adjacent to the front door of the hotel !

Everything was great. No fault of the staff but we did have a person knock on our door at 9pm asking if we lost power which was just strange.
