The hotel is super cool. It is beautifully decorated and also very quiet at night. The restaurant on site is very, very good. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walking distance to all the happenings downtown too. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Frankfort, KY

This property is very unique and absolutely gorgeous. Was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, vibe, size of the room (huge) and all the friendly staff! Just a wonderful stay!

This was an amazing hotel with lots of history. Loved the location, food was excellent and the staff was wonderful! We would definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again.

Beautiful unique and quaint boutique hotel. 10/10 recommend the stay here! Bed and bedding was so comfortable and black out curtains are a nice touch

A wonderful find in downtown Frankfort. Plenty of very reasonably priced restaurants walking distance or eat dinner for $$$$ for a 5 star meal in the hotel. Either way you can’t go wrong. The Buffalo Trace Distillery is a short mile away, but if you plan to indulge take an Uber/Lyft.

We enjoyed our stay, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious. clean and well maintained. This is our second time staying at the Delegate, we recommend it to all our friends. The adjoining Cypreas restaurant is a bonus, wonderful food and a cocktail menu worth tasting!

Rooms were poorly noise insulated; we could hear hallway conversations, adjacent room conversations and even conversations from the restaurant below.

The hotel was walkable to a great little breakfast diner. The restaurant attached served an amazing dinner, which was a fantastic surprise. We will stay here again for sure and I’ve already recommended it to friends.

A fun property in Downtown Frankfort. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. The hotel also provides a convenient location for walking to other downtown restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and local venues and pubs with live music. We will stay here again on our next tour of the Bourbon Trail.

Loved the hotel, Cypress & Oak is a lovely restaurant with a great cocktail list. Our only issue was our hotel room was too warm, it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Room was nice. We arrived late at night, found there is a free public parking lot diagonal from the hotel. Its an oldie building so you'll miss it in the dark. We didnt use anything else as we were only in town for Buffalo Trace before heading to Louisville. Would stay again tho.
