Embassy Suites by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

Had to ask front desk to have room cleaned daily and fresh towels. Hotel was in a great location and very nice.

Friendly staff, remodeled recently, good breakfast!

The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The chief engineer who worked on our AC unit was the most professional and courteous hotel engineer I've ever dealt with. The AC still didn't cool as it should, but it was better than the 73 degrees we were dealing with. I was able to chat with a couple employees via text about the issue and they were able to get us two fans in the room. The front desk stated Friday night they didn't have any other rooms for us to use, but I was hoping when the football team checked out, we would have been giving a room with better AC. Also, it was obvious the refrigerator leaked and I was able to locate the reason. The pan underneath the freezer was full of water, I was able to empty it out and clean up the floor.

This is a lovely, well-maintained property. The children enjoyed time in the pool, and we all enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. It is a very family oriented hotel. Rooms face inward and overlook the spacious gathering/breakfast area which adds to a feeling of security.

The hotel was very clean, seemed well maintained, and the location was great for the activities in Franklin and Nashville that we planned to attend. We really appreciate the two ladies working the front desk as on our departure day, our toddler totally wiped out in the lobby and hurt himself. They were immediately involved, made sure he was okay, and even offered him and our other child a small toy. They were so kind. Overall the stay was okay but there were 2 reasons we'd likely not stay here again: the noise and the breakfast. Our daughter slept on the pull out bed in the living room area of our suite, and the noise from everyone in the hotel lobby (it's one big open area) and hallways were so loud all night that she couldn't get much sleep. The breakfast was so horrible the first day that we didn't bother eating it the next day (since it was the same items as the day before). I got an omelet but it was super overcooked. Our family tried the eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bread items, oatmeal, and fruit. The cantaloupe was rancid, the oatmeal was super watery, the pastries were incredibly dried out, and the potatoes were flavorless. It was just very disappointing food for an Embassy.

I was aloe prone night & I felt very safe, the room was exceptional, really better than expected.

This hotel has recently been refurbished and it shows. Spacious clean rooms; helpful staff and great breakfast choices are the reasons I’ll return.

The hotel was well cared for! Clean, fresh, updated and staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic! One of the best hotel stays I have ever enjoyed! 10 stars!

A/C in rooms recently upgraded and they don’t work. Room temp got up to 76 and never got below 72. Thermostat was turned down to 65 and staff was less than helpful.

The air conditioner was not working very well in our room, however, the staff was able to bring us a box fan to cool our room better.
