Embassy Suites by Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

This was a really nice place in its heyday. There was a lot of construction going on while I was there and the staff was slow to respond to request for needed amenities. However, the full breakfast omelette were amazingly good and made the place feel high class. There were plenty of things to do inside the hotel. Its fitness center, pool area, and atrium with full bar were nice. There were plenty of ballrooms for events. It reminded me of life before Covid.

I may not be the best person to rate this hotel. They had several problems while we were there that were probably not ordinary. Their air conditioning wasn't working the night we were there which made for a pretty warm and humid room.

Highly recommend this place!! We really enjoyed our stay, the atmosphere very clean rooms and amazing breakfast selection

Staff was helpful

The temperature in our room would not go below 75. We had two rooms and both had issues. Staff moved us after complaining twice but it wasn’t much better. Also one of the elevators was not working so we waited in excess of 15 minutes for elevators each time.

Stayed at 3 diff ES over past few months. Quality of food and mngr reception has been meh to poor at all. Billing issues. Will probably never stay at an ES again.

We got in super late and wanted to go up to our room and crash. The room was so hot and humid. We turned in the ac but it was not cooling the room at all. We called the receptionist and she sent maintenance. He said he fixed it and also said he would find us a box fan for the night. As soon as he left the ac stopped working. He also never came back with a fan. It was 2 am already and we needed sleep so that we could continue our drive to pigeon forge.

nice selection of breakfast foods I got a bloody mary drink at the bar. I did not ask what mix they used. I got very sick that night. i have allergies to seafood, so i think the mix might have had clam juice in it.

Everything was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bar was really nice to have for a chill night with the wife after the kids were down. Breakfast was amazing

It was clean and good location The customer service was at some points slow, we asked for a pack and play and told us we would get one but didn’t show up hours later so we asked again and they told us well there is only 2 on site so we might not get one ( we wish they would of told us that sooner cuz we would of go brought one but it was too late to guy buy one ) but in the end they did have one available so we did get one but wish the communication was a little bit better but overall a great stay!

This place is beautiful. We spent as much at a comfort inn in Fenton Michigan the night before that couldn't hold a candle to Embassy Suites in Franklin!!!

The hotel lobby was very clean and pleasant, and the desk staff gave great customer service. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was slow to respond, and the wait staff during breakfast were rude.

Hotel was beautiful and newly renovated the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Jose and Justin were very friendly and offered great conversation. I will definitely book again when I'm back in the area
