The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing

The shower was fantastic in our room. Very comfortable beds.

They were in the process of an update/remodel to the lobby/lounging area but still kept it neat and access to everything.

They were renovating th lobby, but also the room we stayed in was not very clean.

We were not informed before booking and would have made other cleaner arrangements.

Renovations in full swing taking up much of the lobby and related spaces. Sheetrock and other material was getting cut at the front entrance, exposing guests and vehicles to flying and probably toxic dust. Noise level high on lower floors. My room on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable but I had to run a gauntlet to get there. Never got notice this was taking ng place so I had no opportunity to switch hotels.

Will be nice when all construction remodeling is completed.

I checked in and checked out immediately. The room was toxic due to fresh paint and wallpaper glue. An Engine Representative spoke to Hotel MGT and a complete refund should have been issued to my travel funds. Did that happen?

Buffet was excellent

I really liked the property and my room. Housekeeping had sprayed a very strong room deodorizer, and it never eased up. Way too strong.

Construction going on until late in the evening

Loved the shower in the room. Breakfast was very good.

The room was tidy and clean. We appreciated it was on the first floor due to someone in the party using a cane. We were located close to the 24-hour exercise room and the outdoor pool, both of which we used. (One of the treadmills in the exercise room was not in working order but other equipment was useful and no one else was in the room at the time.) The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied; staff helped one of us get juice that was almost gone. We were able to walk to Jonathan's for supper and have drinks while we swung through the mall in the morning since it was so close. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying. The room is always clean and the breakfast is good. We love that it is close to many restaurants for a much needed break on a long trip.

Nice location

Breakfast selection was great. Room was great size and recently renovated and updated. While the bed was very comfortable, Our pillows were extremely soft and wimpy. Even folding them in half and doubling up did not help. Also, the blinds did not shut all the way and allowed the morning sunshine in.

The room was clean and up to date. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful.
