Loved the shower in the room. Breakfast was very good.

The room was tidy and clean. We appreciated it was on the first floor due to someone in the party using a cane. We were located close to the 24-hour exercise room and the outdoor pool, both of which we used. (One of the treadmills in the exercise room was not in working order but other equipment was useful and no one else was in the room at the time.) The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied; staff helped one of us get juice that was almost gone. We were able to walk to Jonathan's for supper and have drinks while we swung through the mall in the morning since it was so close. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying. The room is always clean and the breakfast is good. We love that it is close to many restaurants for a much needed break on a long trip.

The room was clean and up to date. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The building was being upgraded while we were there but our stay was what we have come to expect from Hampton. Clean room and our Abigail was welcome. She was even welcome at the restaurant next door but I would have to say the restaurant needs to work on their service a little, it was called Johnathon’s we were seated out on the patio and forgotten lol my wife actually called them and said hey we’re outside do you not have a waitress for outside lol the food was good when we finally eat

The property is run-down and needs an update. The TV in the room listed channels and not show titles, which made it basically useless. I asked the front desk clerk about it and he said he'd "turned in a ticket to IT" but had no idea if or when it would be resolved ... and IT is located in India. (Note: during our overnight stay, it was never resolved.) He also mentioned other customers were having issues too. The General Manager marched out, informed me he was the GM, and had major attitude because I dared to complain. He wasn't concerned about the issue and just wanted me to shut up and go away. After I finished genuflecting (yes, sarcasm) he said he could move us to another property but it was a "Hilton wide issue." If that's indeed true, Hilton needs to use some of Paris HIlton's wardrobe money and update the IT. And hire GMs who actually care about resolving guest issues. And hire more cleaning staff. And fix the waffle machine so it doesn't burn the waffles. And supply real syrup instead of only the sugar free crap.

Fantastic location! Next to everything you could need! Clean and updated room. Still working through some hotel remodeling. No issues though. Outdoor pool is pretty small. Breakfast was good, but pretty basic. Would have been nice to have different options each day. Not everyone likes eggs with peppers in them. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

The hotel was recently renovated and they removed the black out blinds so the outside lights were shining in the room all night.

The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.

Superb

Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.
