Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs)

Fantastic location! Next to everything you could need! Clean and updated room. Still working through some hotel remodeling. No issues though. Outdoor pool is pretty small. Breakfast was good, but pretty basic. Would have been nice to have different options each day. Not everyone likes eggs with peppers in them. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was recently renovated and they removed the black out blinds so the outside lights were shining in the room all night.

The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest.

Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling.

Location The bathroom had an odor of urine. The air conditioner is noisy and not efficient. Breakfast food junk. Didn't sleep much.

Convenient location. Clean. Breakfast, hot water was just warm. I’m gluten free so I was limited to yogurt and eggs. Al least I had something.

This hotel was amazing. It was about a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville but also super close to other cute and fun towns. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options—not just a few muffins and juice. It was pet friendly and the staff was so kind.

More than adequate, hot breakfast It is undergoing a renovation. Should be nice, once completed.

It was going thru remodeling but the remodel room was great rm 131 was our rm I recommend elevator mcrm be silinted with noise baffle very loud coming from pump

Kids running down the hall at 22:00… ( Not the Hotel”s fault).

Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous.

All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. We got married on April 4th and had family members coming in at different time and they were allowed to check in early so they were able to get to our wedding at 3. On Friday we got the early so our room was ready which was no fault to them by ealry I mean 11 a.m. the staff allowed us to put all our wedding items in the meeting room and wait in there until they were ready. The best was excellent. We always stay at Hampton Inn's because we always have the best experience thank u so much for never disappointing us.
