Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

The property was clean and well-maintained. The little contact I had with staff was pleasant. Everything felt safe and secure. It was a good value for the money. I was on the top floor, and it was nice and quiet up there. However, the light in the parking lot at night was extremely bright and flooded through the gaps between the curtains and the wall. That made sleeping difficult for me. Also, the bed was too firm for me, and so were the pillows. I honestly didn’t get much sleep during the one night I stayed there. I can’t say it was all due to the light and the bedding, but those things definitely contributed.

Great location. Room was decent. Staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was hard to tolerate.

Clean, friendly staff, great location

Had no USB outlets. Clean, big room but seems dated. No place for clothes. Good for one night.

Good location to restaurants and shopping Rooms were very basic

Location to freeway and restaurants Bathrooms were very basic

The curtains were not closed and too much lightening from Street lights.

Room size,facilities and location Nothing

Only disappointment was the accessible room bathroom had no shower bench available. That is unacceptable as I was told there was only 1 and was already shared with another guest. Shameful.

Room was very clean, comfy and with nice sheets, pillows and bathroom amenities. Good morning coffee, breakfast offerings. Easy check in and out. Quiet room Breakfast staff need to check on empty coffee, food as we had to request her to do so. Parking lighting was poor around the sides other than front.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was everything we needed and then some! Great location, near places to eat and shop.

Great location and good value. Our first room was pretty nice, but it was across from the elevator, so we asked to be moved. The second room was a little bit dirty or otherwise unkempt. It smelled musty like an old bookstore. There was gum stuck to the thing that holds the cups and stuff. The room we were moved to could have been a lot cleaner. A lot of little touches. Also, the clerk might be better suited for a job as a guard or something. That's his hospitality.

Very good

Room was great, price was great, good hot breakfast, easy check in and out, nice indoor pool. We highly recommend!

Bad

The check in and check out is easy. The breakfast was not busy. It was stocked.

The room was beautiful. I rravel a lot and this is the first hotel I've stayed in that had 2 tvs. One in the bedroom and one in the seperate living room. So convenient. Everything worked as expected. Excellent price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Free parking is hard to find but I got it here. The breakfast was tasty with many choices. Will definitely stay again!

Very good

I was charged three times for the room. Once on my husband’s card and twice on my card. How can I get this corrected??

The king size bed was Amazingly comfortable. One of the best beds in any hotel or condo we have slept in.
