Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

The property was so so clean. The staff, including Moy, were very friendly and it was an easy check and out process. Would stay here again absolutely!

If you are looking for a clean, less filled amenities location with easy access on and off the interstate, and very close and lots of choices for eating, then this place is a perfect location.

Room was very clean. Indoor pool was heated, not too hot and not too cold. They had nice pool towels available in the pool area as well. The staff was very friendly and the hotel seemed to be kept up well. There is a ton of shopping and food nearby and the historical town of Franklin is close by. We will be staying here any time we return to Nashville in the future.

Every was great about this hotel except for the shower part didn’t work. Otherwise it was great and so was the price!

Breakfast lady top notch. Front desk works one speed - moseying along. VERY TIRED getting attitude from every property front desk when checking in on an Expedia reservation. “You don’t get this or that and of course you don’t get points for reserving through Expedia.” I will stop using Expedia if this attitude continues. Beds were decent. Housekeeping great.

The room was very clean lots of shopping and dining options nearby close to the interstate for easy access getting on and off the interstate. The bed was comfortable the sofa pullout bed was not so comfortable according to my daughter. All in all I would recommend this hotel as it was convenient Safe and clean.
